Si sviluppa su due ampi piani e dispone di un giardino perfetto per rilassarsi o cenare all’aperto. Mare, locali, supermercati e servizi sono raggiungibili in bici in pochi minuti. Io e la mia famiglia abitiamo in un appartamento al piano seminterrato, indipendente per accesso e giardino, garantendo privacy. Al check-in saranno richiesti i documenti di identità di tutti gli ospiti.

It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
