It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Brett's place is delightful. It is spacious, well designed, and well equipped. The sitting / dining area is comfortable, the kitchen has the latest appliances, the bedroom has a comfortable bed and good space, and the small second bedroom / office is very convenient. Overall the space just feels nice, with room to spread out. We arrived over Easter, and I was delighted to discover Cadbury creme eggs hidden around the space -- a lovely touch that took me back to my youth 55 years ago. The location is good, with a friendly neighborhood pub at the end of the block, and other good restaurants within a short walk. It is nice and quiet at night. This is a basement apartment, but there are many generous light wells, so it feels bright. Occasionally we could hear footsteps of the residents upstairs, but this was infrequent, and not a problem. Highly recommended.
