Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Montopoli in Val d'Arno

Riccardo and Chiara's place was perfect! Everything very stylishly renovated by Riccardo himself and nicely decorated. The location is in the middle of the city and yet quiet. Bars, restaurants, promenade and shops are within walking distance. Despite the heat, the apartment was pleasantly cool. We were able to park right outside the door. 2 nights were way too short!

Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

A charming, clean and well appointed stay. Filled with nice potted plants. The off street parking was appreciated. Valerio met us in person and was very friendly and personable.

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

It was such a beautiful stay! Irma was incredibly helpful and flexible with our check in. The view from the patio is the best:)

Great for those who wish to explore unexplored italy while being closer to pisa/florence

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

We were only here for a stopover. The accommodation is very idyllic, we felt immediately comfortable.

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

Very lovely secluded country villa..

This accommodation has a really nice view. The bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean. There are two swings, a playground with a slide, a garden, and the kids were happy with animals such as mountain rabbits, cats, mountain birds, snails... etc. I was grateful that the hosts were so kind and sweet. I recommend this accommodation that I want to go to again.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

All in all, a wonderful Tuscan experience! Beautiful home that helped us feel local and part of the place and surroundings. Sabrina was so nice and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed!

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

The stay was great! The apartment is very complete and you can see the care that Federica has with guests for every detail of the space. The bathroom is very small, in fact, but it wasn't something that bothered us. The location is also good, it is in front of McDonald's and very close to a great pizzeria. It is very easy to get around the city, as there is a bus stop a few meters away, with at least 3 line options that take you downtown. If you are going to San Gimignano and Siena, the location is also very convenient, since at the same stop you can take the extra urban bus. If we have the chance to return to Florence, we will definitely consider Federica's apartment.

Francesca is a present and delightful host as well as her apartment: fresh flowers on our arrival, small touches and great availability. In short, everything is perfect for those who want to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature!

Gisella was so friendly and full of fun. She made us feel so welcome like family members. The location and apartment were perfect. We would love to stay again. Also she made a fabulous map for us with all her recommendations. Ringrazio per tutto.

We had a fantastic stay at Elisabetta and Lorenzo’s place! It’s such a great location, on a lively piazza, but away from the chaos of the direct center. You’ll find everything you need close by and more. It’s an easy walk to most places you’d want to go. The house is clean, well stocked and feels quickly like home. When I did message the hosts, they were very quick to reply and helpful. The daily markets are great and there are so many delicious spots to eat close by. While people can hang in the piazza late into the night, the double windows are very helpful, better than expected. If you’re extra sensitive, have your earbuds or plugs nearby, but don’t let it deter you from choosing this place. Thank you for hosting us! We’d choosing this place again anytime when visiting Firenze.
