Simona is an amazing host. The place was exactly what we wanted, felt right at home. Cooked amazing meals in that kitchen!! One of us works remotely so seeing the WiFi was super strong (186mbps) we had no trouble at all. She gave us loads of recommendations and the town is perfectly in the middle to enjoy a lot of the surrounding areas in just a short drive. Highly recommend it and we will be back for sure. I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

We had a great time in the midst of nature, tranquility, clean air and a splendid view. Eleonora has always been kind and helpful, very warm welcome.

Absolutely beautiful location. Accomodation is lovely. Lorenzo was very kind and very responsive. Easy to get to, away from hustle and bustle of the city, we would definitely recommend staying here

Michela was a wonderful host. She left us a bowl of biscotti and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, sent us a link that made sure gps took us to the right location, and was easy to communicate with. The place was much more spacious than I assumed from the pictures, and immaculately clean. Well appointed and cute too! In a ln absolutely stunning location. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while traveling around Europe. Jane is not only a wonderful host who was always responsive and had wonderful recommendations but was proactive from the beginning, making sure we had clear instructions for arrival and checking in periodically to make sure things were running smoothly. The house itself is perfection. A private farmhouse as described with Jane close by if we needed anything. The views are stunning and the home itself is cozy and inviting with the listed amenities accurate 100%. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had a perfectly clean kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Having a car is a must to explore Florence (45 minutes away) Pisa (1 and 1/2 hours away) and surrounding small towns filled with history and the beauty of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend this beautiful stay and look forward to coming back!

A dream come true, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where peace, tranquility and simplicity reign. Borgo di Quota is 10 minutes from the town of Poppi along a well-maintained road of hairpin bends accessible to all, among other things in the town of Poppi you can find all possible services. A special mention to the Host Claudia, a wonderful person as well as the apartment. But I think words are not enough for a place like this, you have to experience it, and I'll add that the food in the area is really good. At Dimenticato a Quota, you'll also find a well-stocked shop run by special people.

Filippo and Teresa were great. They made us feel at home and the place was amazing. Recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Tuscan stay.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. We loved our stay at Clara’s apartment! First of all, Clara is a delight. So very warm and friendly. The apartment is located in a perfect location, just outside the mediaeval walls of SG, just several hundred meters from the center of town. The place is well appointed and Clara was incredibly attentive. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

We stayed at Simona’s gorgeous apartment for several weeks and it was a superb experience. The apartment was clean, luxurious, tastefully furnished and more than well equipped. Simona has really thought about all the details. Simona was a fantastic host, so kind, responsive, helpful and friendly! The location close to piazza Massimo d’azeglio was perfect for us, close to the city centre but out of the tourist hustle and bustle. As we travelled with our four year old daughter, the nearby playground was a lifesaver. We have such beautiful memories of our Florence stay thanks to Simona and we would love to return one day.

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

Great location and great host. Apartment was super nice and clean. Amazing view to the Duomo! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Florence!

Wow. Just wow. We did not want to leave this wonderful apartment. The terrazzo, the bells of Santa Croce, the sound of kids playing in the park in the afternoon. It is all wonderful. The house in the evening is silent despite the great location close to everything. Simone is a wonderful and thoughtful host, extremely responsive and communicative. We cannot wait to return. A note about the loft: we stayed for almost 3 weeks and the loft was totally fine—even for a claustrophobe!

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. If you're looking for a dream wedding venue and a beautiful place to stay then look no further than Villa Cini.

A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Loved Francesco’s place. Beautiful inside and incredible views outside. He is obviously very artistic - there are lots of creative touches in his home, and it is really nicely decorated . He is very responsive, very helpful and offered perfect recommendations and is very friendly. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very happy with our choice in staying here!
