Located in midtown, this pet-friendly, 1940s renovated one-story, end unit townhouse has a nearly fully fenced, small back yard. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and all standard appliances. There is a devoted dining room with a table and 4 chairs and a kitchen bar top with two stools. The living room includes a single day bed and the leather sleeper sofa conceals a queen mattress. There is a desk with printer. ** note parking cannot accommodate trailers.
