Welcome to Orchard cottage, a single storey building, annexed to ( but separate from ) our house. The cottage is furnished to a high standard. We are situated on the outskirts of a private residential area, just 400 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Welshpool, there are various shops, supermarkets, pubs & restaurants. The magnificent Powis castle is a short walk from the town centre, through the beautiful parkland. Other attractions include Montgomery canal & light railway.

Restored old building on medieval site, on edge of the Shropshire Hills AOB, in quiet location in central Bishop's Castle. Little Pudding Cottage 's Welsh name is Pontbren-Ddu and is a beautiful example of a country hideaway. Nestled in the Welsh countryside, just into the Cambrian Mountains, it enjoys the splendour of nature and peaceful calm of times past. The accommodation is full of character and original charm, while maintaining the modern comforts of home. With its own garden, this former shepherd's cottage is surrounded by rugged hills and an unspoilt rural landscape at the very end of a single-track road.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

Fox Cottage, Goetre Hall, Meifod Mid Wales

Goetre Hall is nestled in the heart of the beautiful rolling Welsh countryside near the Shropshire borders, on the outskirts of the small village of Meifod. Fox Cottage is on the left hand side of the photograph. Hare Cottage is on the right. The footpaths on our doorstep give you an excellent opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the rolling hills and valleys. This will be appreciated by any four-legged friends that accompany you on your holiday as our cottages are dog friendly.
