Monthly Rentals in Montezuma

We loved this place, the only bad part was that we didn’t get to stay longer. We found it on a whim driving from Michigan back to Oklahoma and were so glad we did! The place is decorated so nicely and has everything you need and then some! Super comfy bed which is always a plus! Binder with all the information about your stay as well as the everything to do in town from health care to food to activities! Scott has thought of it all! Wonderful host and we would love to travel back some time just to check out the cute little area!

Great location. Less than a five minute walk to Grinnell campus. I have stayed at Hotel Grinnell which is just down the block from the loft. Overall, I was more comfortable in the Brock loft than I was at the Hotel Grinnell. There was a lot more space including a full kitchen and living room. I have also stayed at most of the hotels near the highway. The Brock room at the Prairie Lofts was much nicer. The host was really responsive. I let her know that the showerhead needed to get replaced and someone came and replaced it right away. There were some maintenance issues, but very minor. The common area entrance hallway needs to be cleaned more frequently and the bathroom floor was not cleaned that well. However, the apartment was much cleaner than the rooms at the hotels I stayed at by the highway. Of the limited options in Grinnell, the Prairie Lofts are definitely my top choice.

Tammi's place was great! We stayed during our son's graduation from Grinnell College, and it was the perfect spot. Not too far from campus (about 20 mins) and peaceful setting. The cabin is cozy, and the Tiki Bar was a fantastic place to have a cookout and host our son and some of his friends. Archie and his wife were kind and accommodating and even dropped off some fresh baked banana bread for us. Highly recommend.

This beautiful home fit our needs perfectly for a multi generational 'girls' weekend. The pictures do not do the space justice. Impeccably decorated and extremely comfortable. Everyone had plenty of space whether we were cooking, eating or relaxing. The outdoor living space was our favorite. Mara was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home and we look forward to returning!
