Well, I am one of the first to review this space so I will add a little more than the normal brief review so you know what to expect… lots of pros, no big cons really. As of this writing this place is basically brand new - probably finished in the past few months. There are still manufacturer stickers on things. Completely pristine. Good workmanship. Bathroom is perfect. Bedroom is perfect - bed is a bit firm but a lot of people like that. I slept well. The bedroom is air conditioned and well-sealed to the outside. The “hanging out space” is fully outside - so the kitchen and living area.. so don’t expect air conditioning in that area. That did not bother me but might not work for some groups. It’s really cute and very nice to sit outside and hear the monkeys and watch the world go by. Right next to a bakery. Short walk to restaurants and a medium sized grocery store. Can also walk to the beach - 7-10 minutes. Hosts were very nice and helpful and we used translator app to chat.

Lo de Giulia y Simone es un gran lugar para quedarse. Nosotros ocupamos un pequeño departamento muy cálido al cual Giulia le agregó una cama. Tenía todo lo que necesitamos. Esta ubicado en una zona espectacular con mucha vida y a dos cuadras de el acceso a una playa muy linda con mucha vegetación y muy buena para surfear donde todos los días hay alguna ola. De la casa a la playa no tardábamos más de 5 minutos. Además tiene una sala común rodeada de vegetación que te invita a quedarte envuelto en esta. Estuvimos viviendo junto con un amigo por dos meses y desde el minuto 0 que tanto Giulia como Simone nos trataron como amigos. El primer día nos esperaron con una sonrisa hasta las 10 de la noche, luego nos dieron recomendaciones y nos mostraron el lugar. Siempre que tuvimos alguna duda (desde donde surfear hasta donde comprar pescado) les preguntamos y siempre nos pudieron responder ayudándonos con cariño. Sin duda hicieron que el viaje fuera excepcional.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool könnte etwas sauberer sein aber alles in Allem war es super.

If you find availability to book this slice of paradise, don’t hesitate. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 month and Betty is literally the best host you could ask for. She will always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is more comfortable and accommodate your needs. I was working remotely here and was worried about the wifi and Betty went ahead and upgraded the internet to the highest speed to accommodate me and it was perfect for work. Betty’s place is perfectly located in the best part of Santa Teresa, just far enough from the dust and noise of the strip to have peace. It’s a short 7 min walk to the beach and the walk back is uphill (ATV recommended) but is worth the spectacular view. The place is very clean and well designed, with fans provided. One of my favourite things to do was watch the sunrise from the property’s helicopter landing pad in the morning. There is a worker onsite that helps with cleaning and made the place feel secure. This place is a hidden gem.

Je vous recommande fortement cette ville.. 3 nuits n’étaient pas assez.. belle appartement très propre un peu minimaliste .. manque un peu de décoration et quelques items de cuisine hôte à l’écoute et très réactif .. réponds rapidement et s’il manque quelque chose.. très propre et tiens compte des suggestions Je vous recommande fortement l’endroit, la ville et l’appartement

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Natalia’s place in beautiful Santa Teresa! We stayed at 3 places in Costa Rica, and this was by far our favorite. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, including the beach. It was very well maintained and they even suggested an amazing excursion. We rented ATVs and went to Montezuma and a ton of small towns on our own, with their suggestion. It was our favorite day of the trip! Lots of monkey and wildlife by the pool, and beautiful beach across the road. Do not hesitate to book this 100000/10 Airbnb. Great price too! Thanks again Scott and Natalia! We will be back with friends we hope.

We loved our stay! Stephano has created a unique, artsy space. The space is open, airy and connected to the outdoors. It is perfectly located outside of town yet in a great location for seeing the area. The yard is gorgeous and we loved the outdoor spaces with the hammocks. Stephano is a joyful host and quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have. The place is a gem, you can feel the love. If you are looking for a space that connects you to nature this place is for you! Be sure to eat at Playa de los Artistas. Hard to leave.

Me and my toddler absolutely loved this space. It was private, yet beautiful in the middle of jungle. It was great space for us. Loved the balcony and the hammock. Also the kitchen had everything we needed. I love that they take pride in recycling and respecting nature. She helped me during a traumatic situation and also made sure my baby was comfortable and safe. The host shown me personally to the listing since it was late and dark and was also so she guided me there and made sure we were good. I would definitely book again

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and wonderfully quiet – a true retreat. Its location was perfect, with the surfing area being an easy walk away. The house itself was very comfortable and we felt completely safe. Communication with the host was fantastic

La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca de playa y cerca de comercio. Muy limpio y lindo, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, éramos 9 personas y nos fue súper bien, solo tuvimos inconveniente con el agua pero ya más o menos sabíamos que la zona tiene algunos problemas en este tema, informamos cuando sucedió y nos fueron a solucionar, ellos nos respondían rápido para solucionar. También el día del check in llegamos antes a la playa y les escribimos para guardar unas cosas antes y nos respondieron muy rápido y si nos dejaron. También dejamos algo olvidado y con mucho gusto nos lo enviaron por correo. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volveríamos y recomendamos.

We had an amazing month-long stay at Elias’s place in Manzanillo Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Santa Teresa to enjoy all the great restaurants and activities without the constant noise and traffic. The house itself was comfortable and well-equipped, but one of our favorite things was relaxing in the hammock after lunch, watching the howler monkeys in the trees right above us. It was such a unique and special experience! If you’re looking for a tranquil spot with easy access to Santa Teresa but without the crowds, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Great villa. Community was beautiful & safe. Shared pool was lovely. 5min walk to the beach. Quick drive into town. Always appreciate coffee & sugar!

Underbar jungelstuga i Montezuma. Väldigt mysigt, läget är jättebra, nära till alt. Men å andra sidan, var köksmaterialet lite gammalt och vattentrycket i kranen gjorde det svårt att diska ibland.

Cinthya is the sweetest and most gracious host anyone could hope for. She helped us find all our activities and had excellent recommendations - she truly knows the area. She even let us know when the Howler monkeys were in the trees outside the casita! She's attentive and friendly, and has a jovial attitude. Prepare for lots of laughs! Mi Casita is an adorable place with everything you need. It's located only minutes from downtown Montezuma, where you can eat, shop, and enjoy the beach. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Mi Casita!

What an incredible stay! It was stunning. Very clean. The staff is so nice and friendly! The grounds are beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

Great trip and location for us . 1st time here and not the last time. In the heart of everything.. We loved that every excursion we booked they picked us up from the house.. We definitely enjoyed ourselves be back soon..

Excelente estadía. Es un lugar tranquilo, con fácil acceso a restaurantes y supermercados. Muy cerca de la playa para disfrutar de los hermosos atardeceres. El anfitrión es muy atento, se tiene una excelente comunicación. La casa está muy ordenada y la cocina cuenta con todos los accesorios necesarios para cocinar. Quedamos muy contentos.
