I stayed here for a yoga teacher training and immediately felt welcome by Stephanie at the front desk. :) Everyone working here is very sweet and accommodating. My experience was positive and I would come back!

A beautiful place. Very nice breakfast. Many mosquitoes. We would have preferred mosquitoes nets.

Mama as beach bungalows was everything I hoped for. A little ways away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa but with the quad rental Mary set us up with getting around was easy and so fun. The beach nearby was beautiful and mostly empty. Awesome tide pools with interesting crabs and fish, a resident gecko, iguanas, howler monkeys, squirrels and birds all playing in the trees around the bungalow. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds, and the most responsive host I’ve had. Mary was helpful from the moment we booked until even after we left. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone and hope to visit again soon. Perfect hub for getting around Santa Teresa, Cabuya and montezuma. Pura vida!

Everything is very nice and spotless. The receptionist is very friendly and took very good care of us. He gave us tips on beaches and so on. We had an inconvenience with the air conditioning but they solved it super well and in the best way. Appreciate.

Wonderful place, Andres is a great host as well. It’s located in a small, quiet, and beautiful part of town. Located nearby is a cool pizza restaurant/treehouse and a small market. Within short driving distance are multiple beautiful beaches. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful. The restaurant serves delicious food and cocktails. Andre’s was always attentive and had a smile. Wonderful place for those who want a beautiful and quiet getaway.

Beautiful place right next to the beach. Quiet, private and safe but also close to town. Very attentive and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to come again.

Lovely place in Montezuma

We spent 4 nights in the hotel Aurora, this one is very well located a stone's throw from the sea. We loved the city of Montezuma. Pleasant hotel with good vibrations, (pity that each room is its common area allocated, because not always very fair, it is according to the price paid) Pleasant but humid and noisy room because ours was right next to the reception + concert in the city every night. Recommended for those who love nightlife ☺️ ( Washing machine for $10 abstain😅) Have a nice stay.

Believe Surf & Yoga was an absolutely lovely place. Close to the beach, great restaurants, great amenities with surf and yoga. Can only recommend the place!

Great olace to dtsy would definitely return

This is a very unique and different place. As soon as you enter you feel the calm, the comforting sound of the water feature that connects to the pool, the beautiful surroundings full of trees, and great amenities. The rooms are quite nice and with a very peculiar design with beaitfull natural finish materials (plenty of wood, palm roof, etc) and great comfort. Our daughters loved the round beds, the pool, the "rope/mesh decks",, the swing, and even the cold plunge! We did not do yoga, but is a perfect place for that. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Very responsive host, clear directions, AC worked great, Hot water. Love the outdoor deck space. Great for hosting or social gatherings.

The Ecocoon was a stunning, peaceful place to stay. Exactly what I needed. Marine provided all instructions up front, which really helped. Upon arrival, I met the amazing Karl who I was extremely friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great - I loved the sauna and cold plunge. Also the pool was so nice to dip in during the mid afternoon heat. My room was cozy and quiet. Thank you so much for my stay! I loved every moment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful loft at Makanas. I’ve stayed at the property before in some of the bungalows, however, this was my first time staying in the loft. I didn’t want to leave! The space is well designed and has a wonderful feeling. The kitchen is well stocked, and it’s nice to have the option of cooking meals at home. I spent many days sitting outside on the patio, listening to the ocean, and gazing at the surrounding jungle. When I was visiting, ST was experiencing heavy rains, and this loft became a kind of refuge. I appreciated being in contact with Mary throughout my stay - she was always responsive and able to answer any questions that came up. Her hospitality was very much appreciated, and made my stay at Makanas a highlight of my trip. I would definitely stay here again, and hope to be back in the future. Thank you Mary!
