Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. It is a very confortable house, close to town and beach, where you can relax listening to the sound of nature and the ocean while you admire the birds, squirrels, butterflies, guatuzas and other animals that come to visit our friendly garden. All this, happening just 50 metres away from the main road. Fiber optic internet service, required by virtual workers.

Villa Amarilla with a superb view on the Pacific

The house is the result of a detailed planning whose excellent work was done by a local builder. There are three (3) rooms, all have air conditioning. The breezes are fairly regular on this high hill, so no mosquitoes. There are also ceiling fans everywhere in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds. The house is situated on a beautiful mountain side.
