Unique studio in Montevideo! Recycled industrial/contemporary style with direct ocean view and the entire Pocitos bay/beach. Located in the historic "Rambla" building in the Pocitos neighborhood, one of the city's most exclusive, connected and safe areas. Imagine having breakfast at the terrace bar with a stunning view before a day of walks, and then returning to rest on a comfortable mattress and a cozy, heated studio. That's what our apartment is.

Apartment facing the Rambla with ocean views.

It is a beautiful apartment, very bright, all its rooms have a view of the beach. It is located in one of the best areas in Montevideo in terms of beauty and safety. It is very close to Punta Carretas Shopping, where there are all kinds of shops, a spa, gym, and restaurants. Two blocks away is the Villa Biarritz Fair, where they sell our handicrafts. There is a lot of transportation in the area, making it easy to get around the city.

Beautiful and luminous apartment a few meters from the Golf, in a tourist area near to Punta Carretas Shopping and only three blocks away from the beach. The neighborhood has easy access to transport (buses, taxi cabs, uber), cinemas, theaters, restaurants, etc. The apartment has one bedroom in suite, living room with full kitchen and a nice terrace overlooking the street. The building has 24 hour doorman and security cameras.
