The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

The Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

A wonderful place to spend a few days in pleasant company. A large living room with fireplace where you can relax after returning from beautiful walks, bike rides, and excursions. The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.
