A place to return to every time I'm in San José. The interaction with Fabiola was perfect, she gave us clear directions and our arrival at the location was without fail. They're at a meal. Very quiet and with different restaurants, supermarkets and more amenities nearby. An excellent price to stay in a beautiful, safe house. Don't hesitate to stay here Thank you Fabiola.

We were looking for a quiet place but not far from the city's amenities. The house is well stocked in the kitchen, and Mrs. Leidy offers basic ingredients like salt, coffee, sugar, and tea. The residential area is very safe and there is a green area very close by, but due to the current circumstances of the virus it was closed. Eventually you will hear some neighbors but during our stay there was quite a lot of calm. Doña Leidy is very nice and always attentive that we were well.

Marion gave great instructions, was responsive and place was as advertised. The neighborhood was walkable with several good restaurants just a couple blocks away. My daughters and grand baby were there to visit family for a week and this location was close to family and was a perfect space for the three of us.

I have stayed at this house in Sabanilla many times and it is always an excellent experience. It's a very comfortable place, well-equipped and in a quiet location, ideal for resting. Hosts are friendly and keep everything impeccable. 100% recommended!

Very practical place, well located in the middle of the touristic part of san josé. The building is extremely safe. We arrived late at night and there was security available and ready to let us in. We were provided with a parking space upon request for no extra charge. The apartment is basic but convenient. I was looking forward to visiting the themed rooms advertised but when I did, in each of them were people sitting using them like an office space two even closed the doors to entire rooms to use as private offices and they made us feel like us talking in these rooms was bothering them. Nothing to do with the host, just thought some might wanna know that as pretty as it is, it’s not a very inviting vibe. Regardless, the experience with the apartment itself was satisfactory!

We stayed in Priscilla and Juan Carlos’s apartment for two nights and it was a great place to stay after arriving in Costa Rica! We didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but it was fantastic for us as a place to settle in, sleep and explore from! We noticed that there were no washcloths, though all other towels we needed were present — and while the sofa was not the one pictured, it still converted to a sofa bed that was decently comfortable to sleep on. The house was clean and had enough to live a long season, if needed. It's not big, but it doesn't stay small either. The common areas were very well maintained, with explanations in all of them about the operation and the rules. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Some more sunbeds would be appreciated. The gym had a good variety. Nearby to the apartment there is a supermarket and some restaurants.

Nice place, well equipped, good help from host. Unfortunately, with so many walls being windows the place doesn't insulate from noise very well - but it does get a bit hot. But great views, and a pretty quiet neighborhood.

The apartment is small, studio type; but too comfortable and beautiful, with everything you need for a short or long stay. The bed is delicious, there is air conditioning, you feel very safe and comfortable. The place is very quiet, very close to everything, easy to get to. I was surprised by the smart parking tower that has the building and very friendly don Domingo, one of the guards of the place, explains to one everything, as a schoolteacher. Excellent apartment! In a quiet neighborhood, with lots of bars and restaurants Great view! San José at your feet! So much so that one floor up there's a rooftop! Super-equipped apartment, new, very safe William is an excellent host I highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

My wife’s favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Loved the location one block from the center of Barrio Escalante but far enough to not hear the train at night. A little noise from the center of town but not bad. This is a very clean and modernized home with good security. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. We loved this stay and absolutely recommend this to anyone considering.

I can't recommend Pedro's place enough. Excellent location - easy walking distance to a wide array of bars and restaurants and minutes from downtown; everything you need in an apartment including a balcony overlooking the city, bedroom that completely shuts out the light and has an amazingly comfortable mattress (I slept like a baby); incredible building amenities including pool, yoga room, 29th floor reading and relaxation rooms; and the value for money was really amazing. One of my best airbnb experiences. Pedro was a great communicator and would often reply within minutes. Thanks Pedro!
