Very nice loft style apartment with really big windows and a beautiful balcony overlooking the entire city with view of the mountains in the background as long as you look for the name of the building, you will be OK

Awesome place and location!

I would say if you stay for a short time it’s 5 stars a long term stay would likely be 4 stars due to noise. The good Allan was great and responsive. The first day the coffee maker was broken and Allan replaced same day when I told him. It is close to Barrio Escalante and great restaurants and La Cali for nightlife. It’s a great location between San Jose Centro and San Pedro. It’s also close to Parque National that has great location. The building is great, a good gym, small pool, coworking area, laundry room and great bilingual door staff. The not so good, it will be noisy between the train and La Cali it will be loud and need to close the window. The mattress was initially a problem as the springs went directly into my body but figured out the mattress was on the wrong side and after flipping it was a lot better. Overall if you want to be in the heart of the action this is a good place to be. If you want peace and quiet would look at another location.

Our stay was excellent, the building is really very nice, many places to eat around. The service was excellent. We talked about an even more flexible check and it was 10/10. But as a suggestion, you should improve the bed, otherwise everything is fine, but I would think about it. Thank you so much

We stayed one night in San Jose, the view from this apartment is simply spectacular. The apartment was tidy and comfortable.

I thought it was an incredible place because of the cleanliness, the order, the security, the privacy, how well-equipped the place is. I thought it was perfect and I would go back since I felt very comfortable and calm. It's completely worth going to relax and have a nice time!

This was our first international travel for a couple gigs in Costa Rica and Katherine deserves a huge shout out for her helpfulness, flexibility, and most of all putting her trust into four rockers. From our first contact, to the last, Katherine has been the absolute Rockstar of hosts. She made sure every detail was covered, recommended a driver for airport pick up, restaurants in the area, and had an answer to any question or request we made and was just all around amazing. The property was majorly cool! A great area, Barrio Escalante, with hundreds of Restaurants at your door step. The home was immaculate, and extremely well stocked for anyones stay whether a large group (4Adults) or small. The area has a bustling night life on the weekends, but the house was very quiet. The neighborhood is safe and we never felt uncomfortable at any moment. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Katherine made sure we had a great time in her abode and we'll be back for sure!!! Recommend 100%

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at in San José. Very central, a newly renovated classic house, super spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed, a large kitchen, and thick walls in the rooms. Melissa and Alexander are very attentive. Highly recommended. I was in a car and left it outside, no problem, it's a safe neighborhood.

This place was a hidden gem! Only a few minutes from major areas of interest. Highly recommend staying here if you value privacy and a secure environment, as they have guard staff outside the complex for what seemed like 24/7.

Great complex with awesome amenities

Great place! I loved it… very comfortable and nice! I highly recommend it if you are interested in moving to any part of the country, this is an excellent starting point for you to organize your itinerary. It's an area where you can find everything and with great hosts! I definitely hope to visit them again ♥️

Excellent apartment! One of the few that have ice and cold water available from the moment of check-in. Well equipped for cooking and the hosts responded quickly!

All I can say is Karil is one of the nicest, most understanding people I’ve ever met in Costa Rica, and I’ve been down there fifteen times. His places are always exactly like are depicted in the pictures, always clean, everything you need to have a fantastic time. Located in a great district where great restaurants and grocery stores close by. If you have a problem, he’s always quick to respond. Five stars to his Airbnb’s. Thank you Karil, you are the best !

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.
