Great stay in Parghelia in August. Two-room apartment in the very nice villa. View from the window of the beautiful room...directly on the sea and on Tropea. Even more evocative to enjoy the wonderful sunsets directly on the deck chairs located in the villa's park. Everything is clean and in order of our arrival with the host who is always present and available. Pro active and responsive Mrs. Ivana did not miss anything. A plus for your friendliness. Well-equipped and functional apartment. Wonderful natural ventilation of the same. Air conditioning not used. Great for beach vacation with family. Location close to Michelino and Vardano beaches,…about 10 minutes walk. Parghelia's country even closer. Trope 5 minutes by car. Strategic location really. Congratulations. Great stay.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

Had two nice nights! Great ocean view, close to the sea ( a bit tricky to get to the beach if you have small children though) But the pool at the building was great, and Danilo was a great host. Thank you! :)

Everything was beautiful, starting with Elisa's kindness and friendliness. The location is truly beautiful and the sea leaves you speechless. I think we'll be back soon.

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The communication with the landlord was quick and easy.

The house is very welcoming and for those who like tranquility it is ideal, it was possible to take an excursion on the Sila, which I recommend. I thank Arcangelo and his family very much for the beautiful welcome. I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week in the apartment and residence. The pool, large and beautiful, was a short walk to our place. The residence is beautifully maintained by Carmelo and his wife Maria. Both are very friendly and available if needed. Bert and his wife were great tips for beaches, parking lots, and restaurants close to the property. They were also very responsive when we had any questions. We highly recommend this listing.

This property is beautiful. It is located in a very nice and quiet residence. The house has a parking space, small garden and is located on two floors. It is well furnished, extra clean and relaxing. The famous Caminia beach is a few minutes away by car. I don't recommend walking there because of the distance and the steep climbs. Patrizia is a present and considerate Host! Highly recommended!

The place was great, I can't say anything negative. Luigi and his brother were very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. It was very clean and very cozy and warm for the winter. We didn't miss anything and I would always come back!

‌ Aurelio is an exceptional host: since booking he has been helpful and friendly, offering tips and advice on how to best live our vacation in Calabria. The house is very large, it has a beautiful view of the valley below, it has a large garden with pergola and barbecue area. The rooms are large and well ventilated. Inside you can find everything you need (kitchen tools, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). Two bathrooms with a shower + an outdoor shower are available. Peace and quiet reign and at the same time you can relax in the garden or reach the villages or some of the most beautiful beaches in a short time. It is a good base to spend the holidays at the sea, but without sacrificing the cool of the mountain.

Great welcome. The welcome drink was really very nice. Rita Stella and her husband are really charming and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is clean, functional and quiet. The central location allowed us to go to the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, as well as to Reggio Calabria.

the accommodation has met my requirements: on foot to the beach (4 minutes on the floor on foot), sandy and uncrowded public beach (very long and wide, last two of July with "deserted" areas, although there are 2/3 shores), beautiful sea (warm and clean water such as a tropea or zambrone) convenient parking (next to the apartment), comfortable beds and outdoor space to leave the things of the sea. great communication with the owner. quality/price ratio (given the prices of the prairie) reasonable. can be improved? as in many cases, a little attention to furniture and equipment (dishes..) would make the environment more cared for and functional. The only downside, if necessary, is that the second room is accessed through the first one.

The place was outstanding million dollar view. Spent a day in Pizzo a must. They were so responsive great with suggestions. Ghost town am st. Hot springs super close, best restaurant La Taverna. Roberto was very helpful luved the area

Very positive experience. The apartment is very comfortable, you forget about the car! Quiet place, frequented mostly by families, surrounded by greenery. With a comfortable walk through a pine forest you reach the beach where there is a crystal clear sea. Included in the cost of the apartment you are entitled to an umbrella and two deck chairs both by the sea and in the pool. There are two very clean pools, one with a water slide, the children had a lot of fun and can move quietly on their own inside the property. We had an inconvenience with the pillows that were really low and too soft and others were promptly provided very comfortable. Everything is perfect, the house is equipped with everything you may need and even more! There is also a dishwasher that gives a big hand on vacation! Highly recommended

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Beautiful farm and apartment on in picturesque Calabria. It is close to Lamezia Terme airport. The apartment we stayed in was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone to spend some relaxing time at this agriturismo. Don't miss the amazing starry night sky!

Fascinating house, full of history and charm, surrounded by trees, with a fantastic view, 10’ from the beach. The pool is a real asset. Appliances would benefit from an upgrade. We hope to be back!
