Beach house vacation rentals in Montepaone Lido

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Antonella's residence has all the comforts possible and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

Great place, great location, and equipped with everything you may need. I highly recommend.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

It was a great modern home felt right at home. Only thing I could tell that could be improved, is a little bit more toiletries and essentials for the house. I had to do all the shopping for the house while I was there ( like toilet paper washing up liquid shampoo little essentials ) other than that everything else was lovely. Also the bin situation was a bit complicated and annoying but great people, beautiful home very comfortable and modern , over all I had a comfortable stay and would stay there again

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! An unforgettable stay and would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place Salvatore.

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Thank you Francesco. It will be a pleasure to be your guests again.

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

First experience with AirB&B and I couldn't have started better. The very clean property is very tidy and has the strong point of the very comfortable garden and swimming pool that make the stay very relaxing. Perfect also because I had a medium-large dog. The friendly and helpful owners were always able to respond to my needs. The location is strategic, even if you need the car, the center or commercial activities are close. The area is quiet. I highly recommend it.

Villa del Conte in Drapia Tropea has a view that is fabulous, so breathtaking. It's so serene and peaceful staying in. Marcello is so warm, hospitable, receptive, friendly and took time to talk to us as he visits daily. Easy access to train station and Tropea town as is. We met friends whose very satisfied with their stay (and come back vacationers ) Our stay is so far - par Excellence. Our room is clean, spacious ,has a great balcony view of the sunset, mountains, coastline & Tropea town. The apartment in Tropea is ideally located for visiting the historic center and easily reaching all the main attractions of the city. It is a simple accommodation, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning works very well, making the environment comfortable even on the hottest days. Although the apartment is on the main road, inside you don't hear much noise, allowing you to sleep peacefully thanks to good sound insulation. The exact location was not clear from the listing and this initially caught me off guard, but in the end I was satisfied with the tranquility found. A really positive aspect is the host, who was very nice and helpful: she provided us with valuable information on all the main tourist attractions, the best restaurants, bars and small local activities. I recommend this apartment to those looking for comfortable accommodations with great hospitality.

Incredibly nice hosts. Her sister even picked us up from the train station! Very walkable with lots nearby. The only complaint is that the water heater is *tiny*, so be prepared for either very fast or cold showers. Wifi was good and they even moved the router for us. Would recommend for short stays

Delightful little house a short distance from the center of Tropea. Quiet location, with lots of outdoor space and parking available in front of the house entrance. The house is very clean and stocked with everything. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to stay even more days. The Mrs. Dina and her husband are very kind and took care of us. They made us feel at home!
