The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

Unplug. We are in a small village in the middle of the hills. If you're lucky, you could participate in one of the many events we organize during the summer. The village of Guiglia can be reached on foot along a path. Less than 1 km away, our friends at the White Dog Brewery will be happy to host you and, last but not least, the magnificent Sassi di Rocca Malatina are less than 5 km away If you like, there is the possibility to postpone check-out until 6:00 p.m. by prior arrangement.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
