Located in the Regional Park Sassi di Roccamalatina (Modena), the building is a portion of a rustic house restored with natural and sustainable materials. Furnished with reclaimed furniture, with care and love. The network of paths in the Park runs around it, which can be traveled by bicycle or trekking. It is about 1 km from the nearby hamlet, 7 km from the town of Zocca and 10 km from Guiglia, 50 min. from Modena and Bologna.

Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

The Tower, a striking fortified stone structure dating back to the 1500s, is one of the most iconic buildings in the Borgo Fontanini. Inside it features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Please note: access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved road, and the interior of the tower features steep stairs, typical of historical buildings of this kind.
