Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Lovely Escape nasce con l’idea di creare un luogo romantico e intimo, un nido d’amore speciale dove rifugiarsi ammirando il paesaggio del lago di Como! Inaugurato nel Giugno del 2025, l’alloggio si trova nella località di Montemezzo a soli 5 minuti di auto da spiagge, ristoranti e negozi, e a pochi minuti da Gera Lario e Sorico. Natura e sport sono le parole d’ordine: escursioni in mountain bike, gite in barca, avventure in parapendio, kitesurf o windsurf per vivere appieno il Lago di Como.

The apartment is located inside AdriaVilla, a property located 600 meters above sea level and about 1700 square meters in which guests have access to a solarium with umbrellas and deckchairs, a lounge area, terraces and parking. It is important to have a car.

La Baita on Lake Como

La Baita sul Lago is located in the ancient mountain village of Trobbio at an altitude of 950 meters with an incredible view of Lake Como. It is a small chalet with everything you need to spend wonderful days away from the chaos and noise of the city, completely immersed in nature and its rhythms. The lake is a 20-25 minute drive away, as is the supermarket. La Baita can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes from the parking lot, along an easy, flat dirt path.

A beautifully restored house with three balconies and a barbeque area, all with a fantastic view over the lake. It is quiet in a small traditional village with no cars, only small passages between the houses. It is a great location for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, or just playing around on the beach. The house has an inflatable pool for kids. Dogs are welcome. Large public parks and beaches are at the waterfront, with a large activity center.

Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples looking for relaxation and romantic intimacy. A view of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. Cycling within a few meters, numerous excursion options, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna ski area.

The most common compliment heard among our summer guests is, "This is paradise!". So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.
