Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war ein Traum. Francesca ist eine unglaublich freundliche Gastgeberin, empfing uns herzlich mit einem Getränk auf der malerischen Terrasse und gab uns direkt ein paar Tipps, was man unternehmen könnte. Die Wohnung ist toll und ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Auto erreicht man Supermärkte und Must-Sees in der Toskana problemlos. Sollten wir einmal wieder in die Toskana reisen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall auf Francesca und ihre schöne Wohnung zurück. Danke für alles :)

Wow what a fabulous stay ! San Gusme and its surrounding area is beautiful and we felt so lucky to be able to stay in San Gusme itself . Elvira was super helpful and had great local recommendations for wine tasting etc .

V apartmaju smo prespali dve noči. Z nami je potoval tudi naš kužek, saj je v namestitvi dobrodošel. Vse je bilo zelo čisto, odlično opremljeno ( tudi mikrovalovna pečica in celi dva aparata za pripravo kave, sesalec, čistila, sušilec za lase...). Zajtrk je bil bogat z veliko odličnega sadja. Namestitev se nahaja tik pod manjšo cerkvico v majhni vasici z idiličnim razgledom na toskansko pokrajino. Pozno popoldne smo se sprehodili do bližnje vasice Terricciolo in se sprehajali po čudovitih poteh med polji in doživeli pristno doživetje toskanske idile. Odlična lokacije in priporočam obisk!

Fantastico soggiorno a Montefoscoli grazie all'accoglienza della simpatica, gentile e premurosa Lorella La casa e comoda e accogliente e perfettamente pulita La cucina attrezzata per ogni esigenza, letto comodissimo e bagno funzionale Il paese molto tranquillo e in posizione strategica per visitare le principali città d'arte della Toscana e i numerosi piccoli borghi, veri gioielli! Ci ha fatto molto piacere il pensiero offertoci prima della partenza Salutiamo Lorella con un abbraccio, ci rivedremo sicuramente se dovessimo ritornare in zona! A presto!

Wir waren von der Unterkunft, dem wunderschönen Städtchen Peccioli (!!!) und der tollen toskanischen Umgebung begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist super und es fehlt an nichts... die Betten sind gemütlich, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und in der wunderschönen Grotte haben wir nach ereignisreichen Tagen relaxed. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top... Florenz, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... alles problemlos innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar! ...und Alessandra haben wir zwar nur kurz bei der Anreise getroffen, aber das war sehr nett und alles unkompliziert! Auf jeden Fall volle fünf Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung!!! So geht Toskana 👍

The place was very great. The room was decorated with many luxurious stuff, made us feel like we are staying at a 5-star hotel. They were also many snacks and food in the kitchen for free. Elena was also very kind and helpful during the whole stay. Location wise it is a bit far from some tourist attractions in Tuscany, but if you have a car you will not have a huge problem. And finally I suggest you spare some time of yours in the morning to enjoy the view of the house.

What an incredible location!!! Monticchiello is the most quaint and picturesque town nestled in the heart of Tuscany. Walking up to the accommodations feels like a fairy tale - the view of the Val D’Orcia and the medieval tower you walk into, but you are then transported into the most relaxing little apartment. The amenities are wonderful - the attention to detail was not lost on us. We stayed here right after our wedding and it was exactly what we needed. Also, Deb’s Lounge was such a nice place to get breakfast (included!) and we enjoyed some fresh pici pasta for dinner our first night. Would 100% come back!!

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Un grand merci Lorenza pour votre accueil très généreux. Quel plaisir d'arriver ainsi dans une si belle maison, vaste et bien rangée et de trouver en cadeau tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner ❣️ Le village de Ghizzano est superbe et très original, nous avons pu profiter des collines autour et faire une balade sublimes et la localisation est telle que nous avons pu rayonner toute la semaine et découvrir tous les hauts lieux touristiques de la Toscane. Une semaine enchanteresse, grâce à vous. Merci encore.

Comme dit dans les précédents commentaires, idéalement situé au cœur de la Toscane pour sillonner chaque jour vers un endroit différent. Parking en face de la maison, il n'y a pas toujours de la place, il y a un autre parking à 200 mètres. Je suis venu 8 jours fin décembre. Quand je suis arrivé, il faisait 8 degrés dans l'appartement. L'appartement aurait dû être à bonne température pour mon arrivée. Donc première soirée bien fraîche... Un document de bienvenue et d'informations sur le fonctionnement de la maison, la gestion des poubelles, des sites alentours... serait apprécié. Pas de contact avec la propriétaire. Boîte à clé et pas de message de bienvenue ou intermédiaire durant le séjour. L'appartement est vaste, fonctionnel et a beaucoup de charme. Literie excellente. Au calme et très belle vue sur les Appennins.

Beautiful beach views and an incredible terrace to enjoy them from. The bed was super comfortable, the place was spotless, and check-in was a breeze. Great host – friendly, responsive, and really flexible with our changing arrival time. Highly recommend! Vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e una terrazza incredibile da cui godersela. Il letto era super comodo, la casa impeccabile e il check-in facilissimo. Host eccezionale – gentile, reattivo e davvero flessibile con il nostro orario di arrivo variabile. Consigliatissimo!

Top locatie, met prima voorzieningen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een dikke plus voor de privé kookles! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Ort Chianni gibt es Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Lebensmittelläden für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Gegend ist ruhig und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Volterra oder San Gimignano. Der Kontakt mit Maya war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Nous avons été ravie de cet appartement très bien placé à Florence qui est une ville merveilleuse, il est situé très proche du fameux Ponte Vecchio Et nous nous sommes régalé grâce à la gastronomie Florentine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Erg mooi appartement , leuk ingericht met een heel groot terras met jacuzzi en mogelijkheid om in schaduw te zitten. Heerlijk om af te koelen na dagtochtjes. Was er heerlijk vertoeven. Bakker, groentewinkels en paar kleine supermarkten in de buurt en oude centrum van Lucca op Loopafstand. Fijne douche en goed bed. Prima airconditioning. Gratis parkeren op paar honderd meter afstand en voor de deur ook mogelijk tegen kosten.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

Wygodny choć nieco staromodny apartament w spokojnej okolicy, wokół dużo zieleni i piękny widok z okna. Duży i zadbany basen z przestrzenią do odpoczynku. Dobre miejsce na relaks po zwiedzaniu Sieny i okolic.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
