The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

Great place for a short or a long staying right in Viterbo center. This is a beautiful fully furnished apartment with all amenities close by. You will immediately feel home and Vincenzo is a great host. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. All the best, a presto family Roth Ps. Molino Verde's olive oil tastes excellent and we took stock for home right away.

Andrea was an amazing host that welcome us and gave us a tour of the Airbnb when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful and very responsive if we had any questions during our stay. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not at all obvious to receive so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fabulous, and it is located in a well-connected area but still quiet and relaxing. Super recommended! Too bad we were only there for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

This stay was beautiful in the day, at night, and even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous location looking out at the hills and farms. Had a lovely welcome from Ulla and met Ralf walking about in their property. We were happy to have stayed here and would love to come back.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

the house is very clean and very welcoming with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI statue. Luciana was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to best visit the area. the house is comfortable and equipped with everything even chargers on the nightstand. Vitorchiano, already beautiful in itself, is an excellent solution for visiting Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its ghost village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we treasured and that made our stay even more interesting. highly recommended

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.
