Great home and hosts! The home itself is lovely, spacious and well-laid out. We loved the neighborhood because there are lots of things within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Mulberry cottage was beautiful. I love antiques so the furnishings brought the home to life. It was the perfect place to come home to so we could relax after a busy day with the grand kids. The front yard landscaping was beautiful with all the white hydrangea blooming. By being located in town, we had everything we needed close by. Thank you Judy for a wonderful time and we hope to see you again soon.

We stayed here for my son’s graduation and it was perfect! We were able to bring our dogs and the home was perfect for hosting family and relaxing with a cup of coffee and taking in the beautiful Mountain view. The home has everything you could possibly ask for- the kitchen is fully stocked with literally everything you could want and more. We will book this home again for our next son’s graduation! Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was super convenient—right off the highway, but still in a quiet and peaceful area. The home was clean and cozy, and my kids especially loved the snack jar (such a thoughtful touch!). The only thing we wish it had was a little more seating on the deck—there were just two chairs, and we would’ve loved to spend more time outside as a family. Overall, a great stop for our road trip and we’d definitely stay again!

The house was within 15-20min to all activities including the zoo, aquarium, looking out mountain, rock city, and several hiking opportunities. All kitchen essentials seemed to be provided, and the house was well kept. April was also very responsive and checked in on us during a big storm that came through.

**Perfect for a Quick College Visit** We stayed one night while in town to help our daughter with college enrollment, and this place was exactly what we needed. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which was so appreciated after a long day of travel and campus visits. The host was exceptional - they communicated clearly from booking through checkout and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It's clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests. The location worked well for our college-related trip, and having a comfortable, clean place to rest made all the difference. We'd definitely recommend this place to other families visiting the area, especially those dealing with college visits where you just need a reliable, hassle-free place to stay. Our home away from home! Our third stay in Amy’s fantastic house! Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. Calli was a marvelous host, as are the other ladies who help her run the property. The space was clean and inviting; we felt right at home. Check in and check out were simple with clear instructions. The bed was comfy and the space inviting. It was nice and cool in the apartment even in summertime, and the pool area is delightful. Amenities were listed clearly and some small touches (coffee, extra towels, filtered water, toothbrushes) were a lovely bonus. We love Chattanooga and would definitely consider staying here again. We came to Dunlap to celebrate a graduation and this home was in the perfect location. Close to town, family, and our event. It had plenty of room for our group and offered endless areas to hang out and play in during our stay. The hot tub was a huge hit and we even swam in the giant pool (despite expert cooler temp weather) with amazing views. The deck was enjoyed everyday. It really is a wonderful home!

We loved our stay here. Great for a large group! We loved the views of the mountainscapes and sunsets. The hot tub and fire pit table were a hit. While the surrounding neighborhood may not have been traditionally "touristy," we didn't encounter any issues during our stay and felt safe. We had an issue with gate and, even once we fixed it, Jeremy still stopped by to ensure it was working. He and Brittney were quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again!

Fiancé an I wanted a private get away, had eveything we needed, amazing view, nice to wake up to the birds chirping.

We were traveling long distance and needed something relaxing not far from the highway. I wish we’d had time to stay longer at this delightful cabin! This was everything we needed, dog friendly, clean and cozy. I especially enjoyed the large screened porch out back! I enthusiastically recommend this place!

My fiance and I stayed here for our minimoon with our two dogs. There was a fenced in backyard which was an amazing perk we didn’t know about before checking in. Ansley was very responsive and the cottage is SO cute. Definitely recommend!

Place was great and as described. we noticed the propane was out in the grill and the host was over right away to make sure we had more propane. Had a amazing time. The community was nice, full of a bunch of arbnb homes off lake.

We had a great stay here! It's a beautiful community with walkable areas and a nice lake. The tiny home was really well maintained and had really cozy outdoor areas. This would be great for a small family or a small group of friends. Excellent use of the space with several sleeping arrangements- beds were comfy! Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and efficient. The hosts were super responsive- I pestered them a ton! I'm familiar with this area of the state. Outside of hiking and enjoying solitude, there isn't much here (especially in terms of lodging). However, this is a great getaway and a great location in between Chattanooga and Nashville. I would highly recommend!

This spot was perfect! Quiet, easy to find, gorgeous views, and great hot tub! The place was spotless and exactly as described. Hot tub was extremely clean but kind of close to the gravel road. Wasn’t a big deal if you park your vehicle in front of it though. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Excellent host and home! Absolutely beautiful inside and out! My main love was the swinging bed! 2 nights spent and it was the best sleep ever!! Only thing I wish this property had was a hottub! The back decks are incredible, they would be even better with a hottub. Overall, a 5 out of 5 stars!!

We shot up to explore all of the hiking options in Tracy City and ended up loving the community of this AirBnB even more than the park! We kayaked for the first time, went fishing, played at the playground. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We didn’t bring our dogs this time but definitely will next time! Extremely dog friendly place! We loved all the little notes around the cottage and especially loved the owners food recommendations posted on the fridge. Would love to stay again ☺️
