We had a great stay at Gary’s place and enjoyed all of the amenities and nearby hiking.

Standouts - included kitchen appliances, dishes and flatware were over the top - we needed nothing to prepare dinner for 7! Separate bedrooms with comfy beds and a sleeper couch for our grandson. Recreational add-ons of pool table & dartboard in the game room with the projector wall screen tv with surround sound was a big hit. The backyard had a HUGE deck with a patio covered shelter area with room for 8 people to sit around a table and talk. I had morning coffee out there every morning by myself and listened to the birds. I used my Merlin ID app that listens and identified birds. It listed 15 different birds inside of 4-minutes. EVERYTHING is close - Rock City, Lookout Mountain are literally viewable from the nearby thoroughfare. The aquarium took us about 15-minutes to reach. Food stores very close - coffee shops etc. The hosts had everything covered - including coffee pods, ground coffee, extra paper towels, a blender, toaster, etc etc etc. We wanted for NOTHING. Our stay at Suzie's house was great! The house is very modern looking and spacious and inviting. Everything was cleaned and ready to go, including the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped. Very private and beautiful setting and about 15-20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great experience. We were able to explore the area and spend time with family in the area. Lots of room and much like my own place. Had coffee, water, utensils, cookware, etc. We were able to prepare a couple of dishes to carry to a family gathering. The location was quiet and we felt a sense of privacy. We will consider this location again when in the area.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

We came into town for a wedding and it was in the perfect place to be between where we needed to be and also Chattanooga. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anybody. April

Another great weekend on the Winchester Square!!! And the addition of the 80' video gaming table was a hit with all us "Old Schoo; 80's" kids.

ZAID is one great SUPER SUPER HOST! This is always true. Not only have I needed to stay with ZAID, but I’ve sent EVERY guest who wants to enjoy Chattanooga to ZAID! Thoughtful touches. Pure water in the fridge. Cooking pans and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Close to the grocery store. Such a GREAT VALUE for a 2 BEDROOM, 2 FULL BATHS with a fireplace and huge screen TV and a kitchen table and sofa and chairs. Both bathrooms have a bathtub and shower, so you’re SET! And, I love sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee. Thank you, ZAID, for another perfect stay so that I could finish my BOOK! You are JUST the BEST! FIVE STARS! I would give you TEN STARS if I could!

10/10 stars for this spot! Very private and cozy! Would absolutely stay again! Dom and Bonnie both incredible neighbor doggies! Full kitchen. There is nothing bad to say about this space!
