This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. We offer a Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.

Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

This home is the perfect base camp for mountain climbing or sightseeing adventures or a quiet getaway. Enjoy the views of the sunrise, the Sanger de Cristo mountains and the unbelievably beautiful dark skies. This is a working ranch so you may encounter farm animals and ranch activity.

With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint. The Riverside Ranch House is located not far from local mountain biking/ hiking and OHV trails for any one with recreational interests.
