Condo vacation rentals in Monte Testaccio

L’alloggio di Celeste si trova in una posizione strategica per chi ha bisogno della vicinanza al Circo Massimo per eventi particolari (era proprio il nostro caso, che abbiamo pernottato qui in occasione di un concerto al Circo Massimo). Le istruzioni e la disponibilità dell’host sono di alta qualità e ci sono bastati circa 4 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Circo Massimo. Comodo anche per il posto auto, facile da trovare sia a bordo strada pagando le strisce blu, sia per la presenza di diverse autorimesse nella zona. Consigliato!

Monica è super disponibile, risponde subito ai messaggi. Il locale è super pulito e viene fornito di tutto il necessario per soggiornare, è vicino a market, bar, ristoranti, e a 10/15min dalle attrazioni principali. OTTIMO, VERREMO PIÙ SPESSO 🤩

We stayed in this apartment for 9 days and absolutely loved it! Carlotta and Fabio were incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They supported us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment itself was super cozy and felt just like home — very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and easy to reach. It had everything we could possibly need. The location was also perfect — central and well connected, making it easy to get anywhere. Check-in with Easy Access was smooth and effortless. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Had an amazing time at Flavia’s. Great view of Piazza Testaccio, walking distance from great restaurants and the coliseum. Place was spotless clean. Flavia was there when we arrived and gave us very clear instructions and provided recommendations. Highly recommended.

Apartamento impecable con todo lo necesario en un barrio muy agradable y con restaurantes recomendables. Elisabetta fue muy amable con nosotros y flexible para el check-ing y check out. Los pequeños detalles como por ejemplo disponer de botellas pequeñas en el frigo, el café, las infusiones… hacen que todo sea más fácil durante la estancia! Hasta pronto

We had a wonderful stay at this place, I couldn’t recommend it enough, the terrace is such a nice place to chill and have a glass of vino, it’s super spacious and well equipped and the host was very friendly and responsive and always catered to our needs (as well as leaving a bottle of wine for us and dropping us breakfast one morning ) Thank you guys!

This apartment is one of the best we stayed in. It is very nicely decorated and designed with much attention to details. Very comfortable and cozy. Anna Lucia was very friendly, available and helpful The location is good. The supermarket is practically right outside the building, many restaurants in the area. The building is on a main road but it is located in a complex so it is quite. Highly recommended

The apartment is extremely well located, with supermarket, restaurants, and of course, the Colosseum just around the corner. You can walk to many of Rome’s main attractions with ease. Massimo was a fantastic host, always available, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Francesco was a great host. We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, spacious and in perfect location. We would stay here again.

Giulia’s place in Trastevere was such a charming last-minute find for my 48-hour trip to Rome. It felt like a true home—warm, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The snacks, toiletries, AC, and thoughtful touches made the stay even better. A few helpful notes: the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day until I moved the plug. There were small flies(?) in the bathroom/loft—harmless but surprising. Water heater instructions were conflicting; I turned it off and didn’t have hot water later, so I’d recommend leaving it on. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes in the morning the second night but was fine the first. The door lock was tricky (turn key 3.5x, pull in, then push) and I needed help figuring it out—just a heads-up for travelers not used to European locks! Location was fantastic! Everything was walkable. Definitely check out Ciuffetti, a great handmade leather shop nearby. Overall, I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Just sharing details I wish I’d known in advance.

Gaia’s place is amazing! The apartment is enormous and had everything you could need to be comfortable. The area surrounding the apartment has lots of small restaurants and there are two grocery stores nearby. To arrive from the airport, take the train to Trastevere station, cross the street to take Tram 8. Very easy to find. I would definitely stay here again. And Gaia is very responsive and returns messages very quickly.

Super logement, une hôte serviable, joignable et arrangeante. En effet nous sommes arrivés à 14h au logement et il était disponible à partir de 16h. Malgré cela Lucio a rendu l’appartement disponible plus tôt. Super.

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

El departamento de Giuseppe y Lucrezia superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Es amplio, completo y muy limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más para disfrutar de la estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene vida de barrio, con bares y restaurantes en las cercanías, a la vez, está muy bien comunicado con los puntos turísticos más importantes. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, estuvieron atentos a todo, nos dejaron café, té y dulces para desayunar así como una diversidad de bebidas en la heladera. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево

Matteo was extremely helpful, and of course the apartment was very well designed, good functionalities, has everything from washing machine to dishwasher, plans plates, espresso machine, etc… Very responsive as well when we had questions. Thanks again Matteo!! 💪
