Our stay at Roberto’s Airbnb in Rome was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Roberto was an absolute gem, an exceptional host who made us feel right at home. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to any questions or concerns, and offered a warm and friendly welcome that truly set the tone for our trip. The home itself was perfect for our needs. It was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, from kitchen appliances that made meals easy, to shower necessities that added an extra touch of comfort. The two-level layout made the space feel open and roomy, which was ideal for the two of us. Just a short 10–20 minute transit to all the major attractions, we found it easy to navigate the city while still enjoying the peace and quiet of a more residential area. It felt safe, convenient, and truly like a home away from home. If we ever return to Rome, there’s no question, we would absolutely stay at Roberto’s place again.

It starts with communication with Massimiliano who responds quickly and is very accommodating, then a very nice welcome with him and his father. They are very kind and explain well in detail. Alessandro was a wonderful host. The place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. New bathrooms. The building was older but it wasn’t an issue once you entered the apartment. There was no sitting room but we didn’t need one in Rome. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio! Check out Farina kitchen, only a walk away, it will not disappoint.

A beautiful stay!! First off, sweet Maria was absolutely amazing! She met us at the house and showed us around - the place was spotlessly clean and truly felt like a home away from home. Maria left us champagne, so appreciated, as well as candies, a snack and espresso pods. The patio is beautiful - so serene and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out there especially in the early morning and evening. Everything is walkable and there are literally dozens of great restaurants and cafes close by. We were also able to walk to various monuments and toured the beautiful Gothic church that is right by the home. While the house is beautiful and the location is perfect, I think the best part was Maria! The day we were scheduled to leave there was a train strike - Maria went out of her way to call Trenitalia and helped sort out tickets out. She also arranged for car service to get us to the terminal. We hope to return someday and would love to stay here again!! Thank you, Andrea and Maria! ❤️❤️

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

Perfect place to stay in Rome for a family. The property was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. Flaviana was so helpful and accommodated our every request.

We loved our stay here! The location was walkable to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Our flight arrived at 6:30, and we were able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. He also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and the driver was so kind to drop us off at a coffee shop around the corner from the airbnb, where we could wait until 10am when we checked in. The little patio was a nice bonus to relax after a long day in the city. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic for what we wanted. A spacious open plan apartment with all the facilities you’ll need. Location was fantastic for us with easy bus and train connections. Would stay again.

Clean and tidy apartment, equipped with every comfort, in a quiet and peaceful residential area. Extraordinary location, far from the noise of tourist flows but well connected by bus, train station and subway, all within walking distance. We would definitely come back

Christiana was amazing. She had wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items and coffee, milk and other beverages waiting for us. The apartment is a hip and wonderful in a great location close by and with a great view of the Colosseum and distantly, the Vittorio and St Peter’s. She had clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for Food and drinks. We MAJORLY screwed up and accidentally messed up our departure date! We were off by a day. She was totally flexible and worked extensively with us and Airbnb to extend our reservation a day to accommodate us. Thank-You SO much! We had a great stay and highly recommend her apartment.

Our home in Rome! This place exceeded our expectations. The place had all the amenities we could need. Well thought through. Alojsia was great to communicate and was quick to respond to any inquiries.

We had a great stay at the little house on the hill. It was a nice neighborhood. We felt safe. Host is responsive. Walking distance to local bus lines, trams and exploring Rome by foot. I would return!

Ginevra is an amazing host! The flat is pretty stylish and comfortable! Bed is perfect for people who have back pain (as me))) very clean! Ginevra is always in touch and very supportive!

Laura's apartment is very nice, tidy and clean. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the connection with public transportation makes it easy to get to. Laura responded promptly on all occasions when I contacted her.

Very nice, very clean, and well organized studio close to Trastevere railway station. The terrace is big and the view from the kitchen is charming. The only thing missing is a sun umbrella for some shade on the terrace. Francesca is a nice and friendly host.

Michael was the best host. We arrived to a beautiful, very clean, large open floor plan home. It was nicely decorated, comfortable beds, many amenities available. A true home away from home. The view from the terraces was spectacular and the upstairs loft was very comfortable for my adult son to sleep. The building is very secure and a great little Irish pub next door. The coliseum was very close to walk to, and found using uber was safest and cheapest form of transportation. We had a wonderful stay with Michael and highly recommend his home to all.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, I couldn’t recommend it enough, the terrace is such a nice place to chill and have a glass of vino, it’s super spacious and well equipped and the host was very friendly and responsive and always catered to our needs (as well as leaving a bottle of wine for us and dropping us breakfast one morning ) Thank you guys!

from our initial correspondence it was clear we were arranging for a very hospitable stay: near-instant replies to our queries, welcoming in every way, to the point of sharing a delightful coffee on viale Aventino; the neighborhood of San Saba, with its markets, its calm, its proximity to "everything": all this was as expected; but a tremendous extra was our relationship with hosts Luisa and Brian -- could not have devised a better Roman sojourn!
