Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. It felt like my home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

A small and beautiful apartment in a central location for a few days to discover Rome! Especially the balcony is super nice. The area is a bit far from the heavy tourist hustle and bustle and still offers some good bars and restaurants. All major attractions are within easy reach

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

Apartment with everything you need for a few days, for a couple, 10 minutes from the subway that takes you to downtown Rome in half an hour. The location is good. Daniela is very communicative and always in touch. We had everything we needed.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us plenty of little tips to ensure that our stay went smoothly. The space was spacious and impeccable. The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the accommodation as well as a large supermarket. It's very convenient.

Beautiful airbnb just as described. Manlio's daughter Francesca was phenomenal, super helpful and very responsive. About 7min walk to the tram/bus and metro line is a little further. Little cafe and reaturnat basically right outside and 24hr grocery store nearby.

Fabio has created a wonderful home in Rome, fitting the description of a little eden. The location was well connected via metro, and accommodation was a private lodging with a beautiful shared patio. our unsociable arrival and leaving times were catered for, and our run-ins with fabio were always pleasant. it would be our privilege to stay again!

The house had plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen and a beautiful yard. Garage parking was a bonus. The location was peaceful and private with easy access to highways to airport and Rome. The house is a bit dated but still in great shape, overall great value for money. The host was extremely responsive especially with very late night checkin instructions.
