Bright and luxury full optional flat located in the heart of Rome. The house is in the middle of one of the most characteristic and ancient Roman's neighborhood, Testaccio. Its central position allows guests to visit easily all the main monuments of the capital (even just walking). The house is connected with Fiumicino Airport thanks to Trastevere Train station and all around is possible to find metro, busses and trams. Very cute stay. Near a lot of good restaurants and walkable to main attractions. The property itself was very nice.

Casa Testaccio was one of the best stays I’ve had in Rome. Testaccio is a great neighborhood and away from the busy city center while having much to do within walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated and very nice and spacious. Camilla was the perfect hostess. She was accommodating to my early travel schedule and checked in with me during the stay to make sure everything was ok. I hope to stay at Casa Testaccio again!

Felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Livio was the best host I’ve come across on Airbnb, and honestly booking this place was worth it just for the incredible Rome recommendations PDF he shared! The apartment is a lovely little oasis in the heart of Rome; lofty ceilings, mirrors galore, and a rustic kitchen and bathroom that give it charm and character. It’s gated too, so I felt really safe the whole time. Close to Trastevere and public transport. I’ll definitely be back if I return to Rome. Thanks again, Livio!

Giada’s spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Testaccio, in a lovely courtyard building complex was so cute, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in. So much so, I’d stay anytime again! I loved the walkability, close to all Rome’s major sites while not being in a touristy part of town. Excellent restaurant recommendations from Giada (enjoy a cracker crust pizza at pizzeria al remo), and she was responsive to any and all questions I had over my four night stay. Adorable bathroom, bright and airy kitchen, spacious living room, and an adorable fluffy cat that lives somewhere in the building and roamed the marble stairway :). Finally, I loved the air conditioning in the bedroom, which made for peaceful sleep as temps in Rome start to climb. Thank you! Tornerò presto!

super nice apartment to stay in! I would love to come back. easy to reach by public transport. the apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. it is equipped with all the comforts and it is in a nice cozy neighborhood. the music was on when we entered, how cozy! thank you Vincenzo!

Cozy and bright apartment in Testaccio

We had a great stay! Massimiliano gave us great advice on which train to take and was flexible with our late check in. The apartment is very cute with everything you need and we loved the elevator (the smallest one you will ever see). The balcony is great to relax on from the busy city life. The area is great, lots of fantastic restaurants, only a short walk from Trastevere and a bus station near by that takes you to the historic center.
