Bright and luxury full optional flat located in the heart of Rome. The house is in the middle of one of the most characteristic and ancient Roman's neighborhood, Testaccio. Its central position allows guests to visit easily all the main monuments of the capital (even just walking). The house is connected with Fiumicino Airport thanks to Trastevere Train station and all around is possible to find metro, busses and trams. The neighborhood is also full of clubs and typical restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at Francesca’s beautiful apartment. First time in Testaccio, lots of great restaurants (reserve where possible), excellent cafe/bakeries/gelato/markets within a few short blocks without the crowds and mayhem of Trastevere, Centro or the Colosseum areas which are easily reached on foot or by conviennent bus routes using credit card tap-in.

A bright bathroom features a modern, oval sink set on a wooden countertop. A large mirror reflects the exterior view, while white towels are neatly arranged. The space includes a toilet and a heated towel rack, with light-colored walls enhancing the clean aesthetic.

Casa Testaccio was one of the best stays I’ve had in Rome. Testaccio is a great neighborhood and away from the busy city center while having much to do within walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated and very nice and spacious. Camilla was the perfect hostess. She was accommodating to my early travel schedule and checked in with me during the stay to make sure everything was ok. I hope to stay at Casa Testaccio again!

Felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Livio was the best host I’ve come across on Airbnb, and honestly booking this place was worth it just for the incredible Rome recommendations PDF he shared! The apartment is a lovely little oasis in the heart of Rome; lofty ceilings, mirrors galore, and a rustic kitchen and bathroom that give it charm and character. Giacomo’s place was nestled in a quiet neighbourhood near the river Tiber. We went for a couple of days and loved every day we spent there. The home is small & cozy, equipped with an AC (much needed during roman summers). We were greeted by Luisel who was very kind and responsive to our texts & requests always. We will definitely come back again.

This location was beautiful. House is new and perfect place to stay to explore Rome. The bus is near by giving access to different parts of Rome. A few local restaurants below if you want something authentic! Close to Trastevere, we walked there one night to enjoy the food. Definitely would return and recommend!
