Vacation rentals with a patio in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina

Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

This is a stylish, well equipped, well located apartment that combines historical ambience and a modern vibe very well. Simone is a great host and makes it all effortless. There’s great attention to detail as well from a decent coffee machine, to olive oil and balsamic vinegar to sharp knives and nice wine glasses. A great place to stay in Assisi. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

My friend and I had a wonderful week in Roberto’s place. He came to meet us at the railway station and we walked to the apartment. He was really helpful with recommendations. Thank you Roberto. We were right next to the railway, bus and mini metro stations. Lovely pizzeria called Murales 3 minutes walk. Lovely pasta too. Bruno even showed me one evening how to make Cacio e Pepe. Thank you Bruno. I would stay here again

The apartment is great, exactly as described in the listing. A little away from the historic center (about a 30 minute walk), but the path is pleasant. The host was very kind, left coffee and other things for us to use in the kitchen. The only thing not so good is the shower, which is very weak and has sudden changes in temperature.

We spent some wonderful days in Assisi, and this place turned out to be a perfect starting point for exploring the city. Located in the heart of the city center, it is very convenient to visit the main attractions on foot, immersing yourself in the beauty and history of the place. The apartment is quiet, cared for, clean and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Daniela and Alessandro were friendly and helpful, also providing us with useful tips to make the most of the experience. A great choice for those who want to experience Assisi from the inside, with the convenience of having everything at your fingertips.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

Great beautiful farmhouse on wonderful hills. Just off the beaten track enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. To access it, there is an easy dirt road uphill. Despite the small size of the towns, there is enough life in the evening and thanks to the host's advice we met a really nice place.

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We only stayed one night so I don't have a long experience. There was no problem, the host was super helpful and responsive and the beautiful house immersed in the countryside.

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area with a nice garden and outside seating. Approx. 15 minute walk into town centre, train station approx 25 minutes walk. The apartment was easy to access via lockbox and hosts were friendly and communicative. Good base for exploring the area and Foligno itself.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the enchanting historical town of Montepulciano. The apartment is so central, with many great restaurants and shops. Very clean and very easy check in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We loved our time in Montepulciano, thank you!

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.
