Vacation rentals with a patio in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

We had an unforgettable time here - the nature as well as the complex itself are beautiful, a bit rustic with a few renovations, about which Ana can tell a lot. You can spread out on the grounds, have enough privacy if desired and can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The pool between the olive trees is also fantastic. We were able to visit some cities such as Florence and Siena from here, and here Ana had great tips for suitable restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Antonella was a great host and this was a very nice place to stay! The garden is very peaceful and the views are great.

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. A pool heated to 33 degrees - just the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are available, everything is fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road) and adjust to the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the tranquility and the view! Dinner at the oil mill is worth the money and the trip. 11 days went by too quickly.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Collepino is a small, historic, quiet village, and the house is in the centre, near the restaurant and bar/cafe. It is very peaceful, great for relaxing after exploring nearby historic towns (eg Spello and Assisi), or immersing yourself in nature hiking/biking the many trails on Mt Subasio. (note - at this time of year the restaurant was only open Fri/Sat/Sun and the bar/cafe did not open every day). Alessio is a superb host. He met us personally and introduced us to the house. The information provided re recommendations, and things to do, is the most comprehensive we have experienced in any Airbnb. He is very friendly, responive, and proactive too. Like many historic, small villages/towns in Italy, it is not possible to park your car at the property. However, there is plenty of free public parking nearby, we didn't have a problem. Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

Apart from the fact that communication was a little disappointing (this can also be communicated through a translator), it was really the best accommodation. I want to give a perfect score to everything from the location to the host. Our honeymoon was perfect because of the fantastic scenery and the warm and considerate kind diva. It's too far, but if I get the chance, I definitely want to come back. We pay respect, gratitude, and tribute to Diva for giving us the best experience. You are the best, Diva!

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. The house was very nice and well furnished. Martina (the host) has been very proactive in providing us all the necessary furnitures for the baby (baby seat and coat) and other info to check in and moving around the area. Recommended!

Absolutely top place to stay! We had an amazing time at one the cutest air bnbs we have stayed at. House was spacious, well stocked and close to some amazing restaurants and bars. Being so close to town but also tucked away in a quiet home was lovely. Elena was a great host and made our stay so easy. Would definitely come back if we are ever in the area! Highly recommend 😊😊

I was in contact with Federica more than six months before I arrived. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time, she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought it. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados were waiting for us. There was tea, jam, butter and bread. Quality bath soaps and the bed was incredibly comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.
