I had the great pleasure to stay at Francesco's place during the international journalism festival along with 5 additional colleagues. We enjoyed our stay in the large two floor flat, which also has two (!) private terraces (great for meetings) and extremely beautiful view. We had great weather and spent most the time in awe of the scenery. It gives the feeling you are in countryside, despite being just a minute by foot away from the absolute centre of the beautiful old city centre of Perugia. For us it was the perfect place to get some peace and quiet and gather some energy in between of the sessions of the festival. Francesco was very friendly and is a great host, communication was easy and uncomplicated. 100% would book again!

We really enjoyed Francesco's apartment. It has everything it needs to feel like a home away from home. The location was good, and once you work out the escalators you can bypass the steep climbs. There were good restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, I'd happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rubens and Luisa’s beautiful apartment in Perugia. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect—close to the heart of Perugia, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Rubens and Luisa were extremely helpful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perugia.

Easy walk from the train station to the apartment. Met at the door and showed the apartment. The apartment was very clean and met all of our needs. There are two coffee shops right out side the door to the street. Walking distance to the main site to visit in Arezzo. Recommend Pizzeria LaGalleria dal Guerra, Via Verdi 31, for a good place to eat at very reasonable prices.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Location perfect for the City. We arrived by train and then the MiniMetro service to the centre and the appartment is only a short walk away. Access easy (although you have quite a lot of stairs to climb as a top floor appartment but no issue to us). Extremely clean throughout and plenty of amenities. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of condiments/tea/coffee etc present. Very clean and fresh towels and linen. Wifi excellent. Host (and her mum) very helpful. Be aware that the bathroom is on the top floor with a sloping roof so if you are very tall then there may be an issue and also a short bath. These are not complaints at all just observations to put out there and we just found it quirky and dictated by the contours of the old building but with no issues to us at all and very, very clean. Overall would I recommend to others ? Absolutely yes, without a doubt.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

We stayed with Sonia and Roberto for two days on the occasion of New Year's Eve 2025. Before our arrival, they were kind enough to make sure we didn't have any food allergies to prepare a welcome kit and left us their phone numbers for any reason. Upon arrival, we had difficulty finding the accommodation and they were so kind as to meet us on the street. In addition, they have always been responsive, flexible and provided us with all the necessary information about transportation and taxis. Roberto was so kind as to personally accompany us to the station on our departure. The place is very tidy and clean, but a bit far from the center if you want to walk around (35 minutes). It is well served by public transport, available until about 8:30 pm.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. Antonello's apartment is very convenient for visiting Perugia on foot, being a short walk from the historic center of the city. From here you can also visit the other areas in a short time by car. Antonello is very friendly and professional and we felt comfortable in his home. Since we are also hosts in Venice, we shared information and issues related to our work; advice is always welcome. We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!
