I had the great pleasure to stay at Francesco's place during the international journalism festival along with 5 additional colleagues. We enjoyed our stay in the large two floor flat, which also has two (!) private terraces (great for meetings) and extremely beautiful view. We had great weather and spent most the time in awe of the scenery. It gives the feeling you are in countryside, despite being just a minute by foot away from the absolute centre of the beautiful old city centre of Perugia. For us it was the perfect place to get some peace and quiet and gather some energy in between of the sessions of the festival. Francesco was very friendly and is a great host, communication was easy and uncomplicated. 100% would book again!

Easy walk from the train station to the apartment. Met at the door and showed the apartment. The apartment was very clean and met all of our needs. There are two coffee shops right out side the door to the street. Walking distance to the main site to visit in Arezzo. Recommend Pizzeria LaGalleria dal Guerra, Via Verdi 31, for a good place to eat at very reasonable prices.

We had a wonderful stay at Rubens and Luisa’s beautiful apartment in Perugia. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect—close to the heart of Perugia, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Rubens and Luisa were extremely helpful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perugia.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Location perfect for the City. We arrived by train and then the MiniMetro service to the centre and the appartment is only a short walk away. Access easy (although you have quite a lot of stairs to climb as a top floor appartment but no issue to us). Extremely clean throughout and plenty of amenities. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of condiments/tea/coffee etc present. Very clean and fresh towels and linen. Wifi excellent. Host (and her mum) very helpful. Be aware that the bathroom is on the top floor with a sloping roof so if you are very tall then there may be an issue and also a short bath. These are not complaints at all just observations to put out there and we just found it quirky and dictated by the contours of the old building but with no issues to us at all and very, very clean. Overall would I recommend to others ? Absolutely yes, without a doubt.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro storico, tutto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Karla è stata estremamente disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per vivere al meglio la città. L’appartamento è accogliente, pulito e ben attrezzato: non mancava nulla, nemmeno per la colazione! Piccole attenzioni e comfort che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Sonia e Roberto per due giorni in occasione di Capodanno 2025. Prima del nostro arrivo, hanno avuto la gentilezza di assicurarsi che non avessimo allergie alimentari per prepararci un kit di benvenuto e ci hanno lasciato i loro numeri di telefono per ogni evenienza. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel trovare l’alloggio e sono stati così gentili da farsi trovare in strada. Inoltre, sono sempre stati reattivi, flessibili e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie su mezzi di trasporto e taxi. Roberto è stato così gentile da accompagnarci personalmente in stazione alla nostra partenza. La cosa è molto ordinata e pulita, ma un po’ lontana dal centro se si vuole girare a piedi (35 minuti). È ben servita dai mezzi, disponibili fino alle 20:30 circa.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!
