Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Casa el Guarumo

Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Suite w/ independent entrance & smart lock, a full & a twin-size bed, attached bathroom, & parking. • It has cable TV, free Wi-Fi internet, blackout curtains, hot water, a refrigerator, an alarm clock, & a fan. • Access to the outside kitchen, dining table, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle & basic cooking utensils. • Check-in starts at 3:00 pm, however, we can store your luggage after 10:30 am.

We can accommodate 4 px but booking price including breakfast is for 2px. We charge an additional $15 per person over 12 yrs, an additional $10 for children under 12 yrs

Cozy cabins that will make your stay in Paso Canoas pleasant. Excellent for shopping as they are 2km from the Paso Canoas free zone, in front of the Inter-American highway. Pet-friendly, we have some dogs. If you visit us with pets, you must pay at check-in $20 / ¢10,000 for the first night of the pets' stay and $10 / ¢5000 for each extra night.
