The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a partially fenced plot of more than 3000 m2. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private road (so no car traffic around) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.

You may have to share parking and the exteriors with other guests when the small home under the house is occupied (2 people maximum). When both homes are occupied, guests still enjoy the calm and are not bothered by noise. Swimming pool accessible only in the summer. (Sometimes before).
