The accommodation itself is fantastic. As seen in the images: clean, complete, comfortable and cozy. Very good communication to visit a multitude of places in the area. With supermarket and gas station nearby. And Daniel's treatment, exquisite. Very good communication, always attentive to everything. And with some welcome details that are appreciated.

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was spotless and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt right at home. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. To park there are several parking lots around, but it is true that we used to find parking in the blue zone easily practically nearby, so the experience of going by car has been excellent as well. All I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

This place is a slice of heaven. The house was spotless, the view absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a hike. We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the property looked exactly like the photos. Waking up to beautiful morning views with horses grazing was magical. would definetly recommend and stay again.

A very pleasant stay and the hosts are very friendly. The arrival without any problem, it is a very comfortable and great apartment located for sightseeing in Cantabria. We loved it.

Me and my dad had the best time at Maria’s. The apartment was so clean and well presented - everything you could possibly need was there from cotton pads to blankets! We would recommend this place to anyone! We had great wine and tapas in local restaurants. We especially loved dos Calles for their tortilla and wine! It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the host has had, everything. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. Such a beautiful place! The property is just like in the photos — cozy and exactly as described. If you're looking to get away from the city, breathe in fresh mountain air, and enjoy peaceful nature and amazing views, this is the spot. We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We spent the weekend at Andreea's house and it couldn't have been better!! We were a group of 12 friends celebrating 30 and the place is spectacular. Both the house, which is just as it appears in the pictures, even more beautiful! Like the area where it is located, it is wonderful. In the middle of nature, with many beautiful routes to do and water activities on the lake as well. Although when we went the season was not open yet, but there is that possibility. And Andreea couldn't have been nicer! He was available all the time, and gave us a lot of recommendations. She greeted us and showed us the whole house and was available and helpful at all times. We fell in love with this place! Hope to return soon!!

A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

The stay at Teresa's was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many opportunities to do something in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything couldn't be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be busier (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage space is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a very great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great plus!

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.

We lived in the apartment for about a month, during which time we were able to appreciate both the accommodation itself and the wonderful Llanes. The apartment is in a new building, there is a convenient parking lot suitable for SUVs, there is a swimming pool, but we did not use it. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances for comfortable cooking, and is also easy to clean. A bed with a comfortable mattress. The Internet is fast. The only small disadvantage for us, as we worked from home, was that the only workplace was at the kitchen table. But in general, the value for money is excellent, we were very happy with our choice.

Super nice accommodation with a very nice and helpful hostess! Magda sent many good tips that we benefited from. The accommodation was homey and felt large and airy. We grilled several evenings on the terrace and also ate breakfast there overlooking the beautiful valley. Would highly recommend!
