Formerly a house on the banks of the Garonne, this independent accommodation, completely restored to the highest standards, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries during a short stay or a longer period such as holidays or work.

The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed sheets, towels, and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

Air-conditioned house combining rustic and modern styles, ideal for unwinding. This very beautiful accommodation is an old stone barn furnished with all the comforts, in the middle of a farm, located in the beautiful countryside of Quercy. You can do: quiet nature hikes or a game of pétanque even at night (private land). Come and enjoy the countryside with family or friends! Atypical this house has a perfectly secure interior stone well.
