The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Shops are in the immediate vicinity: grocery store, cheese shop, restaurant, pharmacy, bar, press, thrift store, tea room. The ski resorts of Cambre d'Aze or Pyrénées 2000 are 10 min by car. We are located halfway between the baths of Llo and the baths of St Thomas, 20 minutes each. St Pierre climbing rock 8 min away.
