We had a pleasant stay. The place met our expectations. The pool is really a big plus on a sunny weekend! We enjoyed the bedding which was very comfortable. Our nights and those of the children were restful. Marie France is very responsive when it comes to preparing for the arrival. The welcome was perfect, Marie France is very nice. I would recommned this property.

We had a pleasant night in "Le Cocon". There was plenty of room on the street for our car so it's very accessible. The directions were very clear and Laly was there when we needed her. I recommend it.

Andre’s place is as described! A fully new flat, very well decorated with modern style furniture and very well equipped. Andre was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this place if you want a peaceful location 20-ish minutes from Nogaro track.

Two of the best hosts I've ever met! They are seasoned professionals when it comes to customer service and will help you with anything you need while making you feel welcome. The area is incredible, friendly people throughout the village with beautiful surroundings. I go to the Voie Vert almost every day for a jog, listen to the birds singing and the water running from the stream. It's such a great area and so close to so many activities. The rental house has everything you could want or need for a comfortable long-term stay. I've been here for 2 months and have decided to extend my stay for another month! This is simply the best deal you will find in the area; you will not find a better place at this price in this part of the Landes. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again when I'm back in this part of France. I stayed in the hotel part of their business for a few weeks last year and look forward to booking with them again. Thank you very much! 5 stars. A+

There's nothing missing from the listing!! Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests, right down to the board games. Everything was perfect. Great comfort for parking near the property. Beautiful setting on the river.

Very good accommodation for a stopover in the Landes

Very nice little house, easy to access with all the necessary comforts;). It feels like home. Shops are within a 5-minute drive ;). I recommend it ;).

Perfect stopover for 3 people for one night.

Understanding host. We changed our dates of stay without any problems. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our visit following my husband's hospitalization. The days not spent will be refunded to us. Sorry again for the inconvenience

Everything was great, clean and pleasant accommodation

The studio offered in Laurence's home, accessible by the garden, is pleasant and offers all the necessary autonomy. The setting is really beautiful and Laurence is very welcoming. We had a lovely time. The spa and swimming pool are also a plus to relax after long days of walks in the beautiful landscapes of the Landes and the Basque Country. My mother and I were delighted and we spread out with fond memories.

the accommodation is very nicely decorated, spacious and quiet..... the whirlpool baths are perfect. a beautiful and pleasant break from everyday life.

we spent 10 amazing days... relaxing quiet rest... beautiful walks for the dog and great location for fishing lovers...... A big thank you to Paule and Christian for their welcome and their home! They are exceptionally kind hosts, friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, the house is very spacious and with lots of charm, well equipped for children/babies, very clean and the exteriors are very welcoming. The pool, hot tub, sunbeds, and shared outdoor activities are really a big plus. The house is not even 30 minutes from the beach (Mimizan) and 1 hour from Arcachon. We'll be happy to come back and see its great hosts again.
