Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

This 41 m² apartment is located on the ground floor with separate entrance and includes a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom. It has private parking and a bike garage. You will find a bakery/grocery store, butcher, as well as a pizzeria, sandwich shop, fry shop and restaurants within 500 m.

Close to Lake Robertville and Butgenbach, Reinhardstein Castle, Signal de Botrange... During the winter, cross-country and alpine skiing are accessible.

Renovated farmhouse with barn from 1901, formerly known as the "Kleine Pastory". The name of the B&B "in het Land van Kalk" refers to the various lime kilns in the area. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200 meters from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gateway to the Limburg hills. The walks are beautiful. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are two of the most famous cycling races that pass by our backyard.

The apartment is located in a modernized half-timbered farmhouse from 1890 and is located in the picturesque Nordeifel. The Rurtalsperre, the Vennbahn bike path and the Eifel National Park Nature Reserve are only a few kilometers away. Due to its location in the border triangle, both the Netherlands and Belgium are quickly accessible. The city of Aachen with its sights is about 30 min (car) away. All shopping facilities can be easily reached in 5 minutes (car).
