Been there for the first time. The place was very clean. We felt super comfortable. 👍🏼😊

Overall, we were very satisfied . Unfortunately, there was not as described ôl, salt and pepper and above all Coffee available. We would have brought it if we had known. Otherwise, we were very please

We stayed with them for a weekend. Unfortunately, we did not meet Philmar personally, but John welcomed us, accompanied us and said goodbye to us. So warm, stay with friends. Great equipped apartment. There's nothing missing, welcome water, beer and a bottle of wine were in the fridge. Coffee capsules, cookies, dishwashing tabs, everything was available. More than you can expect. Accommodation quietly located, about 20 minutes' walk along the Meuse, you are in the middle of the city. Great city with really many nice cafes, restaurants and shops. 2 bikes were there for us, but we didn't use them, did everything on foot. Thanks for the lovely weekend with many impressions. PS: We were able to experience King's Day in the Netherlands, which we were not aware of when booking We can only recommend it. Best regards

Just great! The reason for our stay was purely private in nature. The apartment served as a retreat for quite stressful days and this was absolutely great for that. This tranquility overlooking the Rhine is very relaxing. The amenities are great! Nothing is "spoiled", everything is in the best order.

I had a very nice stay at Tobias' apartment. The apartment was clean and matched the pictures and description. It had everything you needed. Communication was great. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Definitely recommendable!

We have enjoyed this lovely and very spacious apartment. You can also relax on the private terrace outside and enjoy the peace and the birds chirping. The owners are super hospitable and very caring. We were brought our breakfast in the apartment all weekend, table was set. That really felt like pampering! In the restaurant also deliciously eaten after a long bike ride through the beautiful surroundings. The young lady and young man who also worked there during the weekend were also super friendly. Compliments to them too!

Dagmar was very friendly in advance and gave us a lot of information. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is very bright and friendly and clean on both sides. You can see the Rhine at sunset from the terrace. The available parking space was very important to us. Tip top, full recommendation from us!

We felt very comfortable in Christina's house. The amenities are very high quality and thoughtful. We were particularly pleased that the dog was able to come along and that there were so many games for the kids. You can also quickly walk down to the lake or walk a bit into the forest, from where you have a beautiful view of Lake Rur. We highly recommend taking the boat across the lake - you can get off and back at the stops. After checking out, we had an exchange with Christina because of an ambiguity and that was very friendly and transparent at all times. Therefore, we can fully recommend not only the house, but also the landlady:-)

Loved the upgraded amenities while not losing the originality of the architecture. Everything worked fine and there was a nice view of the town from many windows.

The accommodation is top notch. Everything clean, everything available, we didn't miss anything. Great little house, with a gorgeous view of the Mosel. Unfortunately, it was too cold in April to sit on the beautiful balcony. Check-in went smoothly and flexibly via a key box. The contact with Jessica was friendly. We used the convenient location and were traveling a lot by car, you are quickly in Koblenz and in Cochem. We definitely recommend this place 👍

We had a lovely stay! The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen for cooking or making a good cup of coffee. The cozy living room invites you to relax – perfect for a book by the fireplace or a movie night. Thanks to the nice weather, we also enjoyed a barbecue in the sunny garden. The surroundings of Kesseling are beautiful and worth exploring. You can also take beautiful walks directly from the house. An ideal base for both a relaxing and active holiday. Finally, Ben is a friendly and helpful host, who responds quickly to questions.

What a good place and nice house! A creaky staircase, beautiful floor, equipped kitchen, light, beautiful old doors, quiet, beautiful views, dark at night, lovely beds and nice shower. We'd love to come back!

We were on site with 12 people and had a great weekend in the Eifel. The accommodation has plenty of space for everyone and also has a very large garden where you can enjoy the sun in good weather. The Pulvermaar is also in walking distance. Ulrike also gave us many tips for the area and was always easy to reach. The communication with her was super relaxed and always friendly. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment in one of the most beautiful streets of Maastricht. Everything is within walking distance, facilities very nice. Occasionally what stumbles from the upstairs neighbors (for the difficult sleepers good to bring earplugs) but that also belongs to an old apartment. Communication was easy and fast and apartment is light and spacious. In short: repeatable!

Our stay was completely successful! The place is very comfortably furnished – especially the fireplace provided a homely atmosphere and made the stay even more enjoyable. The entire concept of the apartment is well thought out: It really has everything you need – from the SodaStream, mosquito nets in the bedroom, an iron to a variety of kitchen utensils, which made cooking on site particularly pleasant. Communication with the host was extremely friendly and straightforward. In addition, everything was very clean and maintained. The location is another highlight: quiet and idyllic, away from mass tourism, which ensured real relaxation. We would come back anytime!
