2020/21, we completely renovated my grandparents' old farmhouse with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large holiday home. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts or recreational vacationers will now find their place to feel good. The accommodation is only partially suitable for children under 2 years old. I would ask for a preliminary inquiry on this. Parking is right at your doorstep in the large courtyard.

Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. It's located right at the entrance of the historic city center with many culinary offerings and is the perfect starting point for excursions into nature. In addition to a well-kept garden with a barbecue, the accommodation includes other facilities such as ping-pong table and dart board. The cozy living area with fireplace and large dining table invites you to enjoy your evening after an eventful day.

The "Wanderlust" vacation home for 1-2 adults in Nettersheim/Eifel has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen/living room with a fireplace and a "feel-good gallery" with an additional sofa bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m lying area). A large terrace with garden furniture and a private garden area are available. The vacation home was built in 2017 as a vacation home. The living space is approximately 65 square meters. Feel-good extras: fireplace, rain shower, smoothie maker, underfloor heating...

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Located directly at the national park gate, beautiful hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig, Wildnistrail) or enjoyable bike tours can be enjoyed from here. In summer, the nearby outdoor swimming pool offers the necessary refreshment. For everyday needs, there are various shopping facilities, all within walking distance. In the middle of nature yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent on our farm (Eynattener Mühle) a 70 sqm apartment with separate entrance, consisting of a large living-dining kitchen, a large bedroom, a small living-bedroom (single bed 185 x 85 cm), a bathroom. It can accommodate 3 adults and 1 baby (baby cot available). An outdoor seating area, directly on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.
