The property was beautiful just as photographed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

This is our 2nd time staying here while visiting our daughter at the University of Miami. Erica's house is super clean and convenient to get around Coral Gables. Her communication is excellent and the house is simple and just as described. Thank you!

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

Wonderful stay, Naomi was a helpful host who responded quickly while also being flexible in order to make our stay great! Wonderful location as everything we wanted such as Duval street was in walking distance. The room itself was great! Hot tub was a nice bonus

This is a fantastic property! Right across from Sombrero Beach but still peaceful and private. The house and yard is like an oasis. Host and management company are WONDERFUL! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Cary’s Oceanside! Beautiful location, beautiful and comfortable accommodations! Maria was very helpful and responsive with our questions. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area.

Very nice place, just as expected! In a convenient location and the parking spot comes in handy! Even with other tenants in the building, the place is very quiet. The host was friendly and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely book again.

The place was amazing—super clean, in a great location, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The only small suggestion would be to add a little coffee table in front of the couch. It would make it easier to place drinks and avoid the worry of spilling anything. Le logement était très propre, accueillant, bien disposé et très privé. Les instructions étaient très claires et bien établies. L'emplacement est parfait et près de tous les commerces en plus d'être environ à mi chemin entre les Keys et Miami. Merci Jennifer :)

The place was in a great spot, close to Kaseya Center which was perfect for us. Darren was also incredibly nice and let us leave our bags at the place for a bit on the last day. Overall a great experience, Thank you!

Lo encontramos muy bien , linda ubicación , todo muy ordenado , Solo tengo para decir que faltan utensilios en la cocina y hay momentos que el wifi era muy débil . Pero estuvimos muy cómodas , gracias Sergio y flia

Excelente alojamiento. Es bastante céntrico a las principales atracciones. Tener estacionamiento en el lugar es un plus. El host de mucha ayuda en todo momento.

Hillary excelente anfitriona y el apartamento es muy cómodo, organizado y limpio. Solo recomendaría ser muchísimo más claro en el ingreso al sitio. Probablemente a la gente joven que manejamos tecnología se haga fácil el ingreso, de pronto personas mayores no lo puedan hacer tan fácil. Ejemplo : Tablero interno del acceso al apartamento.

My family and I had a really great stay at Kim’s property. Communication was really great before and during our stay. We knew exactly what to expect and how to find the property and were able to make plans based on Kim’s recommendations. The property was so quiet and peaceful! The pool and beach were wonderful and never crowded. I would absolutely recommend a stay here for a quiet, relaxing vacation in the Keys.

Great place for a family. The pool and beach were ideal for kids and the little tiki bar was great for us. The surroundings were lush. We would stay here again.

Eric’s place was lovely, well maintained, nicely appointed, and immaculate. The 3 of us enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. Even though the apartment is near the airport we only heard planes twice in the 4 days we were there. There is a convenient little grocery store on the site and excellent BBQ from a food truck near the pool. Eric responded to our questions promptly. Comfy beds, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

This place is a gem! The condo was very spacious and it was supplied with everything we needed, no need to buy any extras like other places we have stayed at- Thank you for that! The pool was fantastic! Walking distance to beautiful Smathers Beach. We did not get to do any water activities due to the wind but we had fun exploring around town. Will definitely be returning!

Exactly as pictured! Beautiful getaway in the Keys! It was very clean, even up to my picky healthcare expectations! Had everything we needed! A few more towels would have been great but we made it work. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. It was great to know what amenities and products were included and how much up front. The recommendation book was awesome! Beds were comfortable, all tvs worked well. Nice to have cable included too! The pool was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. Very clean facility outdoors as well. The beach area was probably the only disappointment, and out of their control. Just wasn’t as sandy etc. as we thought from pictures. Still very nice. It was also so nice to have a door code and not worry about a key. The neighborhood was welcoming too and safe to go for a morning run. All in all we would highly recommend this condo for your Keys vacation, family or couple! Our family of 6 fit :). Thanks for a great home away from home!

Die Lage war unschlagbar! In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Duval Street! Der kleine Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Für uns als 6-köpfige Familie war es eine sehr tolle Unterkunft auf unserem Roadtrip!

This is a great location! There were some minor issues that the host addressed. This was our second stay in the condos- but a different unit. The reopening of the pool bar and island grill , as well as automated gates were amazing! The pool rules given on check in should have hours too.
