Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

Michael was a wonderful host. He was proactive in fixing a potential issue prior to check in, and responded quickly to my questions. The house itself was lovely, and nice and peaceful. I would happily stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Miami.

Great place and location. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication from the host and the check in/out was seamless. Walkable to starbucks, food, and grocery stores.

I love this place!!! We felt right at home when we arrived and everything appeared exactly as it did on the website. From the start Nani was very responsive and attentive and I really appreciate that. I 100% recommend this home for anyone with large family looking to kick back and relax. The pool puts the icing on the cake 💯

Me and my family enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely and has plenty for you and your family to do, there will never be a dull moment for the kids. Next time I visit Miami I will be booking this home again!

First of all, Lazaro has been an excellent host and communicator. We booked his place very far in advance and he responded to all of our random questions. Getting into the spot was super easy and the place is very nice and clean! The only thing I would say is that the water pressure in the shower (main shower) wasn’t the greatest, and for 5 girls it was a little difficult to shower with a little dribble. But, it seemed to be off and on and unsure if it was just us. Otherwise, we had an amazing time and loved the pool and open space! Thank you Lazaro!

Roberto is by far the most thorough and conscientious host. We were so pleased with our accommodations and immediately felt at home. The use of The Cabana Club was a real bonus on the hottest days. Will most certainly return to Marathon!

We absolutely loved the place , it was spacious , clean and had all the extras you would need. So convenient with the boat dick and loved having the pool. Would definitely return.

We absolutely loved the house. Plenty of parking for cars and a boat trailer. The dock was perfect for our 27ft boat. A scenic 10/15 min no wake zone boat ride out to the Atlantic. The pool was perfect! The house is very spacious and comfy beds. Overall we had a great experience.

The house was really nice, clean and a real home away from home. It accommodated my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was located on a canal where we were able to enjoy the manatees and pelicans. It was centrally located and only a short distance from the beaches, snorkeling, wind surfing and excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we visit the keys

We didn't know anything about Key Colony so based our reservation strictly on reviews and price. Well worth every penny that was spent. What a wonderful tropical getaway! Can't wait to visit the Keys again with my 4 children and husband. If you're looking for a great place to spread out and enjoy family this should be your rental.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We were able to meet Tim and he was a lovely host. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to come back in the future!

Delighted with the accommodation, a very nice and organized neighborhood, the house is super cozy and comfortable. The hosts were very attentive, Pablo always made sure we had a good stay, I would gladly come back.

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Miguel’s place was amazing! The communication between us was great and there was no issues. The pool was huge and amazing. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and we would definitely book again. The area was great and there is lots of stuff to do! Loved everything about this!!!

This is a fantastic property! Right across from Sombrero Beach but still peaceful and private. The house and yard is like an oasis. Host and management company are WONDERFUL! Highly recommend!

We're so glad we decided to stay here and would love to come back again! 3 nights here were not long enough - the house is perfect for a family and there's so much to do in the area! Vilma was so welcoming when we arrived and she is the perfect host! The house had everything we needed (and more!) for our stay, and Vilma and Erasmo were quick to help whenever we had questions and to provide lots of recommendations of sights to see and places to eat. The beds are comfy, showers were hot and with good water pressure, and we really appreciated the extra special touches of things like muffins for our first breakfast there, coffee and creamers, water bottles, beach towels, baby crib and highchair, and even a cooler box for our day trips. Homestead was the perfect base for trips to Miami, the Florida Keys and the Everglades. We would highly recommend this house for both big and small groups alike.
