Sanchez House was a perfect place to spend two nights in Key West. It was quiet and in walking distance to everything. I was a bit uncertain about a shared bathroom, but we hardly heard the other guests. And David was most helpful in letting us check in when we arrived on the ferry and storing our luggage until late afternoon on departure day.

The place and location was great! Lots to do in the area and not far from south beach.

Excellent place to stay. The room was very clean, the location is perfect, and the restaurant on the first floor is delicious. I recommend this location and will definitely stay there again.

This cottage is in an ideal spot in Key Largo. The amenities here are outstanding - two docks, snorkel gear, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and sailing! Great restaurants are within walking distance, too!

Fantastic location… walked everywhere! Enjoyed the pool and tiki area and the pathway, trees and foliage just gorgeous. I’m a sucker for a spiral staircase so loved the interior! We had everything we needed.

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, will be back! (The nightlife is loud, but you’re in the middle of Wynwood so…🤷🏼‍♀️ you can’t beat the location! Plus they give you earplugs 🙂).

Overall, a great stay in a great location. Just as marketed, amenities were amazing (we hit the pool many times, along with that pool bar). Lots to do in the area and the host was very friendly and responsive. Flexible check in times were perfect for us traveling from the northeast. We appreciate the stay and had a great time!

I throughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at this location not mention the children love absolutely loved the pool. Definitely will recommend this location and I will come back to this location whenever am visiting Miami in the near future.

Parrot Key was nothing short of spectacular! Extremely helpful staff and very knowledgeable! Food at Parrot Key was outstanding as well! Also, I accidentally left nearly $500 cash in the safe when we left but called the next day after we arrived home and they went and got it and are going to mail me a check!! Well done Parrot Key!!

I had a wonderful stay at Lopez House/Southernmost House - the suite I had was amazing - very spacious and comfortable. The location was outstanding - very close to many restaurants and my favorite - the lighthouse. The pool was sparkling clean and the perfect temperature with a great view. The restaurant/bar adjacent was fantastic - the bartenders were very engaging and friendly - drinks amazing and the pizza was to die for. I would love to come back with my fiance in the future for a longer stay.

Stayed for a little under a week here. Check in was interesting because the room I booked was taken, but the hosts did their best to accommodate. The room was very clean, and had great amenities (full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc). Just know that there are a lot of rules to read to have the right expectations. I did and it helped — and I understand it’s needed to keep things orderly because many different rooms are rented out
