Monthly Rentals in Monon Township

This place was amazing. I travel for work and tend to do the Airbnb over hotels. The price for what u get was fair. Actually a little low compared to others. Jessica was responsive and addressed any concerns I had.(Not many) very friendly people. Neighbors are amazing and helpful. Plenty of parking. Right on the lake. Beautiful. Lil mom and papa’s restaurants right down the road. Walmart probably 7 mins away. Definitely recommend.

There were small things like WiFi not working well and a problem with the shower so we called and within the hour they were over to fix all problems for us and even comped us our first nights stay for the inconvenience, I would 100% reccomend them

We were very pleased staying at Scott's house in Monticello. We were there for a wedding and plenty of space for our family of 5. The fall colors and leaves are beautiful this time of year. We did not get to spend as much time outside watching the water as we wanted to, but we can plan to go back again!

Frank was an excellent Host and his home was a great value. Beautifully located on the lake, perfectly located near the supermarket, laundry, and restaurants. Will return whenever I'm in town.
