Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

Fibre broadband & Sky for those lazy days also included. Seconds off the a465 it’s 2 mins from Abergavenny & 10 mins from Crickhowell. This absolutely gorgeous Yurt and Shepherds hut is situated in a beautiful secret valley within Brecon Beacons National Park, between the Blorenge and Gilwern Hills, only 3.5 miles away from Abergavenny. The area is known as "Cordell Country" after the author Alexander Cordell, who has written best selling historical novels about the surrounding area and it's natural beauty combined with its former industrial heritage.
