Diese Unterkunft war wirklich ein kleines Juwel – unglaublich sauber, sehr komfortabel und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen: Im Kühlschrank warteten Wasser und Prosecco, dazu gab es ein kleines Willkommensset mit Schwamm, Tüchern und Pflegeartikeln – liebevoll verpackt und durchdacht. Alles war perfekt organisiert und beschriftet, sogar die Lichtschalter waren markiert. Es gab Extras wie zusätzliche Kissen und Decken, neue Handseife, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Zahnbürsten mit Zahnpasta, Shampoo, Duschgel und hübsch gerollte Handtücher auf dem Bett – einfach nur großartig! Auch die Lage ist ein Traum: Nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Lago di Garda, direkt vor der Tür ein tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen zu fairen Preisen, die Post mit Geldautomat in derselben Straße – alles schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit guter Qualität zu kleinen Preisen.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon und Blick auf den Pool. Den Pool hatten wir die meiste Zeit für uns alleine da er obwohl es ein Gemeinschaftspool ist relativ wenig genutzt wird. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Einkaufszentrum wo man alles bekommt was man braucht und mehr. Simona und Ulli waren super herzlich und bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Auch die Wohnung ist mitdenkend und liebevoll eingerichtet. Z.B. gibt es einen wäscheständer und verschiedene Gesellschaftsspiele. Ganz klare Empfehlung, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Posso solo dire che Gianfranco si e’ sempre reso disponibile . Abbiamo trovato appartamento super arredato con ogni confort , pulizia .. Un luogo degno di relax.. la cordialità di Gianfranco e’ stata impagabile . Spero di ritornare in questo luogo fantastico e di stringere la mano ancora a Gianfranco .. Grazie

Carla was an exceptional host in every way. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and with superior furnishings to those usually found in a holiday let. The location above the town was quiet and the view beautiful. The walk down to the town would be challenging for the less agile or elderly but fine for others. Salo itself was perfect. Excellent cafes, restaurants and shops but not at all touristy. Boats depart from the port regularly to just about every town on the lake which you would wish to visit. We had a fabulous week. Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

The apartment was perfect for our stay at Lake Garda. Enough privacy for two couples, clean, well appointed, centrally located yet quiet. Sergio was a perfect host. It would have been easy to get lost, but he personally greeted us and helped navigate to the parking garage. We were celebrating my birthday and he and his wife thoughtfully got us flowers, local wine, and a delicious cake!! Highly recommend!!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

Tamara und Lorenzo waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Sekt begrüßt, dies hat uns sehr gefreut. Im Kühlschrank war auch noch Wasser und Saft. Kaffee und Tee für die ersten Tage war ebenfalls vorhanden. Lorenzo hat alles auf englisch übersetzt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr über die Klimaanlagen erfreut, die Wohnung ist aber auch so sehr angenehm kühl. Desenzano / Hafen ist in ca 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufen, Bars und Restaurants sind auch fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Durchgangsverkehr.

Unser Urlaub war einfach perfekt in der Unterkunft. Der Garten ist wunderschön, gepflegt und man hat seine Ruhe. Man hat ausreichend Platz und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Unser Highlight war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Sehr gerne wieder! Danke!

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren, hat es uns super gut gefallen. Alles super toll ausgestattet und gute Qualität. fantastischer Ausblick auf den Gardasee.

Our apartment was stunningly beautiful. The decor was gorgeous with lakeside influences and we had direct access to the pristine lake Garda. We could sit on our balcony and watch all the water activities passing by. Amenities and snacks left for us were perfect. Lots of local information. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment in perfect location, we walked everywhere.

An amazing place to stay right in the heart of Desenzano! 🌟 The apartment is a real gem — modern, stylish, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is absolutely perfect: close to cafes, shops, the lakefront, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always quick to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. It was a real pleasure staying here. Beautiful location right by the water! This was my partner and I’s favourite accommodation so far in our three week trip to Italy. The appliances in the kitchen make it easy to buy your own food and save some money by cooking, and the washing machine is very convenient. Claudia was very responsive for any questions we had about the place or recommendations for things to do in Desenzano del Garda. Grazie Mille!

Titti and her son are the perfect hosts! Incredibly helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed from the first moment and every question we had was answered fast and knowledgeable. They were all the time available and eager to find a perfect solution for everything. I can highly recommend staying in one of Tittis apartments!

Einzigartige Lage direkt am See. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und flexibel. Check in war bei uns nach Rücksprache auch etwas früher möglich. Toller Aufenthalt - wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, toll renoviert, groß und sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten die schönsten Orte Rivas erreichen. Anna ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir dürften früher einchecken und haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

First class apartment and host !! What a truly luxury apartment that exceeded our expectations . Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the support that Stefano’s provided . Some great restaurants, bus services and local attractions to keep you active . I will be recommending this apartment to my friends and family and hope to return again in the future . We had a truly amazing stay at this apartment! It was easy to find, and even though we arrived earlier than expected, we were still able to check in without any problem. Marianna and her husband were already waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a warm and welcoming touch. Marianna took the time to show us everything in detail, including exactly where to park, which was incredibly helpful. She was extremely kind, super friendly, and always available if we had any questions. A big bonus was that we were allowed to use two bikes during our stay — such a great way to explore the area! Marianna also sent us fantastic recommendations on where to eat, what activities to do, the best beaches, supermarkets, and more — all conveniently sent via WhatsAp with direct links. We truly felt taken care of and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
