Monthly Rentals in Mongo

LOVED it! Was there on a business trip in late winter, and wished it was for pleasure, and in a warmer month, so I could enjoy the lake it sits on, and get to relax while there. However, I was overwhelmed with prep for television and radio appearances and a live cooking show, so I only had the pleasure of using the AWESOME soaking tub to de-stress from super long hectic days, sleeping very well in oh-so-comfy bedding, and tossing together breakfast in a charming kitchen stocked with basics, as well as a well-stocked coffee bar. I thought the fresh creamer in the fridge was a nice touch, and I loved sitting at the kitchen table enjoying my coffee and the beautiful lake view. I hope to return some day -under less stressful circumstances- so I can get to enjoy all its outdoor amenities in warmer weather, too. I also want to mention that I felt very safe staying there alone (owners live next door) and the place is so cozy I felt like I was at home throughout my entire 3-day stay.

Family was within 5 mins from the place. Loved the keypad entry and felt safe. Place was super cute and clean, always appreciate a king bed! You cant beat paying the same price for a hotel, but here you get a 1 car garage, a full fridge, dishes/dishwasher with full oven/stove and washer and dryer! Super convenient. Will stay here again when we come back for another visit ◡̈

What a great stay! Todd was so welcoming and wonderful with communication and so accommodating. The house and surroundings were so beautiful. Quiet and peaceful is what we were hoping for and that’s exactly what we had while staying at the Lake house. I would highly recommend staying here. We loved the sunrise and seeing the moon.

Emma’s place was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. I really appreciated the Christian books and art.
