Arianna’s place is in a quiet area a little out of the chaos in Bologna center. She was very communicative and helpful with recommending lots of good places to eat nearby. She was also very accommodating with my mistake of underbooking by one day and was very gracious and understanding. It was truly top notch hosting.

We really liked this house in a small Italian village because it is safe and peaceful. Marco sent us clear instructions about location and parking. We also had an accident and Marco helped us change our check-in time and gave us an adapter for the night to charge our phones. Sandra met us in the parking, she is nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to have a rest apartment.

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Mrs. Flory was very kind and helpful, the house was very nice, clean, tidy and above all very welcoming, we really had a great time... we will definitely be back, vote 100 and praise

HIGHLY recommend this spot in Bologna - so close to everything, right in the heart of the city center. Everything is so easy, and there's great food on every corner!

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. 7 Panorama was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need or want.We especially appreciated the breakfast supplies and the bottle of Tuscan wine. The residence is beautiful and clean and the garden of the house is great and the privacy of the host is very cool and friendly as well as his parents we exchanged some gifts We have been faithfully serviced He is only close to the train mint and the kitchen is small but it does the purpose

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in! A short 30 minute drive from Florence to a remote tucked away villa in the Tuscan hills. A truly beautiful property with lots of history, unique rooms and all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with lots of cutlery and gadgets to use! All super clean bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. The pool was one of our highlights and we loved that it was a salt water pool! Crazy views over Florence and very secluded with lots of trees and shrubs. We were sad to leave! Couldn’t recommend staying here more ☀️
