Beach house vacation rentals in Mondello

We had the most wonderful stay at Valeria’s home. It is located at a beautiful location and the house itself was marvellous! Valeria welcomed us very hospitable and showed us around. She also told us the best placed to have dinner and visit. We actually felt like we were part of a Sicilian family. I would recommend everyone to stay there. Will probably return myself one day

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, vor allem die sehr große und schön möblierte Dachterrasse. Der Ausblick war super und wir haben jeden Morgen beim Frühstück den Meerblick genossen. Das Meer ist nur ca 100 Meter entfernt, aber um die Gegend zu erkunden ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Angela ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und reagiert nach wenigen Minuten auf Nachrichten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden persönlich sehr freundlich begrüßt. Unser Auto konnte auf dem Hausgrundstück geparkt werden. Die Ferienwohnung beziehungsweise Suite hat uns ganz besonders gut gefallen. Auf einer Dachterrasse darüber konnten wir sehr schön und gemütlich verweilen. Wenn wir noch mal nach Palermo kommen, werden wir gerne bei euch noch einmal anfragen. Vielen Dank für alles.

L’hôte était très disponible par téléphone et arrangeante. L’emplacement est pratique avec la plage accessible à pieds (plage très fréquentée par les jeunes, très belle mer, mais pas mal de déchets sur la plage et des vendeurs fréquents). Possibilité de se garer juste en face de la villa dans la rue (en avril en tous cas). Il s’agit d’une grande et belle villa séparée en deux : une partie pour le air bnb et l’autre pour les propriétaires avec une entrée indépendante. Il faut savoir que la pièce de vie principale est la véranda. La propreté des lieux et le linge de maison fournis étaient irréprochables. Merci pour tout Giada et Dominico!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten dort alles was wir brauchten . Er war so freundlich Sachen bereit zustellen wie Kaffee, Nutella etc. Armando war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten den Urlaub sehr genießen. Wir bedanken uns und wünschen euch alles gute .

Bendetto and his family showed us real Sicilian hospitality! Amazing host and very helpful . The place is located in walking distance to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and everything needed is provided. We had a great time !

The apartment is great. Very clean and spacious and fully equipped. There are also a beach towel and an umbrella if you decided to go to the free beach. The neighborhood is quiet despite it's only 3 minutes walk to the main square full of restaurants. Rosalia is a very kind and nice lady 😊 Thanks for everything to her and her grandson!

Mooi appartement met een prachtig uitzicht en directe toegang tot het strand. Danilo is altijd nabij en reageert snel op vragen.

Min kæreste og jeg havde en super ferie i denne bolig! Hyggeligt sted og den lille terrasse var skøn og med smuk udsigt over bjerg og hav. Der var lidt høj musik ved poolen om dagen, hvilken var lidt forstyrrende, men stranden er tæt på og var dejligt som afveksling. Ernesto er super sød og hjælpsom og hentede og bragte os til og fra lufthavnen. Derudover kom han med anbefalinger til gode oplevelser i Palermo centrum - det er nemt at komme derind med bus fra Mondello og det nød vi særligt om aftenen, når vejret var “køligt nok” til at opleve ting;-) Vi var overordnede meget tilfredse! Kan klart anbefales 🤗

Amazing BNB - and wow what a hospitable family! We will definitely be back :)

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

Firstly this place is amazing!! From the personal greeting when you arrive (we arrived at nearly 11pm), fresh salad, fruit, vegetables, local honey, olive oil from the olive trees in the valley…every detail was covered in this little oasis. The villa had everything you needed and was cosy, the pool was amazing for a swim overlooking the the valley. Ute was always warm and friendly on hand for any advice of places to visit. Then there were the pets 2 or 3 cats (one of which called Mrs Sunshine took up residence with us for most of our stay) and the donkey and her donkey / horse cross daughter were a source of amusement during our break I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und der Aussenbereich hat den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Emelia und Raffaela waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben auf alle Fragen schnell reagiert und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

This is a fantastic villa, located in an excellent position for exploring the North West and Palermo. The town of Balestrate has good shops and restaurants and a couple of nice beaches...but is just out of reach of walking (the villa is on a fairly hilly lane with no pavement) and so a car is needed. It's a 'real' town rather than a heavily touristed place, which we loved - the restaurant were busy with locals and very good value as a result. The hosts were super-responsive and sent lots of recommendations and useful info, and were particularly helpful when our car broke down! There is so much to see in this part of Sicily and it's only 30 mins drive from Palermo Airport.

Tout était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, maison parfaite pour une famille, super bien équipée et centrale pour visiter le coin. Les hôtes ont été super accueillants, réceptifs et flexibles... merci infiniment !!

es hat uns bei roberto sehr gut gefallen. er ist super freundlich hat uns sogar in piraineto abgeholt und uns am ende unseres aufenthalts zum flughafen gebracht. er hat uns auch 2 fahrräder bereitgestellt .die wohnung ist groß und auch für einen langzeitaufenthalt bestens geeignet.das meer ist sehr nahe der strand super schön und sauber. sandstrand ! villagrazia eine kleine ortschaft ist auch mit dem fahrrad gut erreichbar. es gibt dort alles .... fischhändler , bäckereien , metzger , bar , apotheke , ect ... einen supermarkt der recht viele bioprodukte hat und ganz toll das naturalbiologico das ganz in der nähe ist . robertos mutter eine sehr herzliche freundliche frau die nebenan wohnt hat mich sogar beim italienisch lernen unterstützt. wir empfehlen diese unterkunft sehr.

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The best option to enjoy Sicily. Apartment was clean, cosy, with good air conditioner, big bathroom, soft bed and kitchen with everything we need. There is small, but beautiful beach nearby, bakery, pizzeria, two places with ice cream. The place is safe and calm, and nothing can disturb you (maybe except dogs, but they are on private territory, so it's OK). It is better to rent a car to see other places here, because Uber is quite expensive, and it is the only problem. During our vacation Salvatore told us a lot about the region, helped to chose places to visit and gave a tip about local cuisine, which is really great. The host was ready to help in any time and we are thankful for such an attitude.

Das Haus von Federica und Marina ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um auf kurzem Weg Palermo (lohnt sich auch mehrmals) und den wunderschönen Sandstrand von Mondello zu besuchen und kennenzulernen! Absolute Empfehlung!!! Das Anwesen ist idyllisch in einem kleinen Fischerdorf gelegen ideal zum entspannen und zum Beispiel morgens einen Cappuccino am Hafen zu trinken um das treiben der Fischer zu beobachten . Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Genau wie einige gute Restaurants die uns Marina empfohlen hat. Der Kontakt war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das großzügige Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Und uns hat auch die Raumaufteilung sehr gefallen. Die Terrasse und der Garten mit Meerblick und der private Meerzugang im Sommer auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Alles in Allem 100% zu empfehlen, für uns die schönste Gegend Siziliens.

We had a great stay in Mondello at Vincenzos place. Vincenzo was very accommodating and the house was spotless. The location in Mondello was great, a short walk from the beach with a shop and good restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this place!

Nuestra estancia en La Terraza sur mare ha sido perfecta. La casa impecable, amplia y espaciosa (incluso mejor q lo q esperábamos por la fotos). y la terraza impresionante con las vistas!!! Ha sido todo muy fácil.con Giovanni! Gracias! Marta & Raul

la maison est extrêmement jolie et bien décorée, dans un quartier très tranquille où les rues sentent bon le jasmin et les oranges. a moins de 15 minutes de la plage à pied, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous! merci aussi pour la gentillesse de nos hôtes et leur réactivité

Nice and spacious place. Had to wait for the the automatic locks on bedrooms to get in but once we overcame that it was fine. Could do with some more kitchen amenities, drinking glasses etc, but overall all good. Thank you
