Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mondello

Very nice house with everything you need. Great for families with kids of all ages. The absolute highlight is the large and beautifully designed garden with cozy terrace. Unfortunately, there is not really anything to do in the direct surroundings of the house, but with a car you are quickly in different great places! Without a car, however, it is very difficult to get to the house! This should definitely be taken into account. Best of all: Viviana and Federico! Very very nice and helpful, always quickly accessible and yet discreet. They also provided us with great tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. Thank you!! 🙏☺️

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

We had a lovely stay in Mondello. The accommodation was perfect for getting buses to Palermo, travelling to sites and for places to eat and drink in the evening.

Great place, certainly designed to enjoy in hotter weather so outside areas can be enjoyed and not put away with the wind as was the case with us! Unfortunately came on a stormy weekend beyond everyones control. Recommend hiring a car if staying with Maia, only 15 min walk from train station but area isn’t particularly pedestrian friendly and trains arent too often/didnt run past 9pm. But none of this the hosts fault, an oversight by myself. Thanks for having us, seeing the ocean from the bedroom was definitely a highlight!

We enjoyed our stay in Mondello very much and felt right at home! The location was *excellent* for walking to the beach & nearby restaurants and cafes. Claudio was very responsive and helpful. Grazie mille 🙏🏼

The stay with Dario, was our last apartment in Sicily. The location is perfect to visit Palermo, Monreale and Mondello beach. The apartment is new and wonderfully large. There were two of us, but there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very suitable for four people. In addition to the apartment being beautiful, the most important thing to say is: the tremendous hospitality of Dario and his wife. Upon arrival, there were brioche ready for us, halfway through we got a nice wine from the region and at our farewell delicious sandwiches for breakfast….. and it's not even about what we got, it's much more about the kindness and the willingness to help, give tips and advice. Dario was WONDERFUL and felt familiar like we were friends. I can write much more beautiful and good, e.g. about how neat and clean and new it was... but I would say: experience it for yourself. Everything was perfectly as advertised, perfect home for a family, super well equipped and central to visit the area. The hosts were super welcoming, responsive and flexible... thank you so much!!

The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

We were very warmly welcomed by Sergio and Stefania. Accommodation is nice, rich in history and borrowed from the spirit of Palermo. Sergio's attentions on arrival: aperitif, tour of the apartment and lots of great advice. Grazie per tutti! The location allows you to visit Palermo's central neighborhoods very easily. We had a great time and would be very happy to come back. 110% recommended location.

Highly recommend staying here! We stayed for a week and it was a great base to enjoy Palermo from. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is great. I was working during the stay and the WiFi was very reliable. Michele was a great host and we would stay here if we were in Palermo again.

Freddy was a great host, providing lots of recommendations and help when we had questions. The apartment is convenient and washer was very useful.

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

Alessandro was a great host. Always very responsive and even came late one evening when we had trouble with the lock. A very spacious flat. It was the only one on the floor so had lots of balconies, windows and light. It is within walking distance of all the sights in Palermo and lots of great restaurants. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The apartment is located in the best Palermo’s area, everything reachable by foot and amazing bars and restaurants few minutes walking distance. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people, everything you need is inside and it is super cozy and beautiful. On top of it, Enrico is a very helpful and kind host. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four. We found the photos don't do the apartment justice. It was more stunning than expected and in a great location to see Palermo. Luigi was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Very cool place close to beach great host !

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! It has a great garden, plenty of space, all the necessary amenities and more than enough space for 8 people. Riccardo is friendly, gives clear instructions and is always available. We had a small problem with the electricity and that was fixed in 2 minutes thanks to our host. Great! There is little to do in the immediate vicinity, but if you have a car you can make the most beautiful outings within a 30-minute drive. Highly recommended!

A beautiful and clean villa with a fabulous view. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant nearby and shopping can be reached in five minutes by car. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maria Grazia is a wonderful hostess. Everything you need for a great vacation. Thanks.

My family and myself would like to thank Natalia and her family for allowing us the privilege to stay in their lovely home. Natalia was a great host one of the best, always there to assist if required ,she responded almost immediately which was very helpful. Home was great as was Balestrate lovely place with a great beach and fantastic restaurants. Easy to drive from airport and easy to drive and visit a lot of beautiful places in Sicily we cant wait to return. Thanks again Natalia and Franco and family. Ciao.

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

The views from the villa were absolutely stunning. We felt right at home and enjoyed making dinner and sitting outside on the patio. Pietro was so welcoming and even drove us to the grocery store so we could stock up on essentials. Would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Palermo to stay here. Private, comfortable, and beautiful. If you are able to rent a car, that is recommended. Note, an international driving permit (IDP) is required and needs to be obtained prior to renting a car.
